I had a very good experience with the Concrete Chiropractor. Getting the estimate was relatively quick and easy and didn’t require them to come out to assess, it was all done by photographs. They were able to lift several concrete slabs that had sunken around the coping of my pool steps, and now it is perfectly level, eliminating a dangerous tripping hazard. Everything was done cleanly and efficiently. They did not try to upcharge or add unnecessary work to increase the price…what I was quoted was exactly what I ended up paying. I would highly recommend this company for concrete leveling.

I was having trouble with rain water back-grading towards my house due to a concrete patio that had sunken. Concrete chiropractor came and lifted the pad to fix the grade and solved my problem.

I reached out to the company for a repair around my pool. They sent a document to me explaining what photos they needed to assess what needed to be done. I took those photos and sent them back via email by and they responded to the photos quickly. The back side of the concrete pads around the pool were sinking due to the ground settling and it was creating a rather large gap at the front of the pool.
I spoke to Kris and he ultimately priced the job but it was only pricing the job for two slabs which were the worst and most visible. (That was consistent with our phone conversation but I also let him know that there were other pads that were sinking around the pool and wanted them addressed as well. Some of these spots were minimal but if they were going to be here fixing the decking, might as well do it while they were here.
I asked if someone would be able to come to the house to see the concrete pool decking to get a better idea of the full scope of the job that needed to be done. He replied that he has too many customers and would not come to the house.
A couple weeks went by and I emailed again asking what the price would be for all the areas that I pointed out to him and he responded back by saying he was not going to take the job. He had warned me that if he made these repairs that we would likely still see that some settling would still occur. We understood but still wanted to proceed with the repairs.
Upsetting because I like to support local businesses rather than finding the big names in the industry but it is what it is.

My shop floor sustained a crack and settled. The floor is epoxy coated. I contacted Concrete Chiropractor and scheduled a date. They made a few 1" holes to inject the mud to lift the slab. Injected the mud and lifted the sunken slab. All I have to do is fix the crack and touch up the holes they made. They saved me from jackhammering the floor, pouring a new section and re-epoxying the floor. Highly recommend them.

Worked with Chris and his crew to raise the left side of pool and patch a Crack. The crew came on time, talked me through the process and we are so happy with the work!

Matt repair the leveling around the pool. Everyone from office staff to field crew were very friendly and professional. They cleaned the pool area and driveway after leveling I am very happy with the result. I highly recommend them to every one. Thank you for a good job!
