“I went in tonight to get boards for my kids who just picked up skateboarding. They’re young and I know nothing about skateboards, so I was a little overwhelmed. Jeff was amazing. He explained everything to me, and was very patient when my kids changed their minds 3 times before committing to their boards. Deandrew (not sure if I’m spelling this right) built the boards for us and he was great, too. While he worked he shared some of his own skateboarding stories with my kids, and told them how to care for their new boards.It’s so easy to shop online these days, but Jeff and DAndrew are the kind of sales associates that make it worth going into the store.”

“This is a fun Hot Topic for sure. Being like a more PG Spencer’s, of course they have to have more cartoon-specific merchandise and that they do! Lots of exciting inventory and very clean facility. Unless it’s super busy it seemed there was a decent amount of space to move around and browse.”

“Came in looking for 3 specific items I had found online to wear for an important event on short notice, thinking I’d be lucky to leave with even one of them. Maria was so incredibly helpful and found everything I was looking for. She had to go look in the back but she came out with the skirt in my size! “If I could give Qualeek 10 stars in this review I would. When I entered the store this past weekend, I needed help with a return and he was able to help me quickly and efficiently. Most of the time, returns take a while to process but Qualeek knew exactly what to do. He had wonderful customer service skills and was very attentive to my concerns / questions. He also gave me recommendations and let me know about the rewards program. I signed up and I am so glad I did. I will continue to come back to Express Bridgewater because of Qualeek, he excels at helping customers.”

“Love to shop here anytime, great variety and colorful collection make me go again and again. I found the beach wear/summer wear at flexible/reasonable prices after checking in multiple other stores. Even the accessories here are beautiful. Left a star because of two things. One, after two washes the cloth is becoming like dried leafy vegetables and dull and two, they are selling kinder joy at billing counter which they are charging $5, actual price is not even $2 at grocery stores. Kids obviously do tantrums for chocolates at billing counters and they are making it cash.”

“I would love to celebrate Tyler who was the first to greet me and was able to help me purchase the exact type of jeans I came in looking for. Tyler provided excellent customer service by going the extra mile to understand the exact fit of jeans I was looking for. They were very knowledgeable about the store inventory as well as the intended fit of each style. I want to thank Tyler for being so patient and informative by listening to my fit concerns and letting me know what my American Eagle options were. Historically jean shopping can be very frustrating but Tyler elevated my experience with their kindness and friendliness. I've learned so much more about AE jean sizing because of them. Thank you!!A note to AE: please include a dialog box in your receipt survey. I was unable to celebrate Tyler specifically in the survey because in the survey I was only asked about the fitting room and cash wrap associates. Floor associates are just as critical.Thank you.”
“This store has been updated and now gives off the modern clothing store vibe. It feels much more different and updated with the latest trends for clothing and shopping experience. There isn't too much variety as the store scale is small, but still high quality clothing found here.”
“This store isn't my style, but I went in their for the holiday for gifts for my family. The staff was so incredibly nice especially the woman with the tortoise shell glasses she must have been the store manager. It was extremely busy but a young guy helped me along with the woman I mentioned and it was an excellent experience. I definitely will be back and I'm in retail as well I think they set an amazing example and raised the bar with their customer service skills and great attitudes!”

She was in the Theory department but was so helpful to me in choosing two Ted Baker dresses. Her name is Nitsa...and I highly suggest you seek her help. Had it not been for her, I would have never found the dresses she suggested.”

“These 5 stars are not for Hillsborough walgreens because honestly this walgreens is trash. These 5 stars are for Liv! The lovely pharm tech that went above and beyond to help me get my insurance issue fixed and get my daughters meds after 2 other employees couldn't have given two rat behinds! There are way to many humans with employment getting paid to shrug their shoulders but not Liv! Just a simple point in the right direction and touch of kindness made a world of difference. So Liv here is a big huge shout out and thank you for just being you and being great at it because of you my daughter has what she needs and I have a peace of mind ??
P.S You're still trash Walgreens of Hillsborough and your lead pharmacist seems like he reaaalllyyyy hates his job.”
