Excellent customer service! When my first shipment was delivered I noticed that the produce wasn’t fresh enough. This was totally on the shipping company as they didn’t deliver the produce in a timely manner. It was supposed to be “2 day shipping” but unfortunately it took them 5 days to deliver. Upon contacting Basil Grocery, they immediately sent me the same produce with no charge. Unfortunately, the shipment company failed to deliver the produce in a timely manner again. I contacted Basil Grocery and explained them the issue. This time, they used a different company to ship the produce with no extra charge. They took full responsibility to ensure customer satisfaction. They were very quick to respond. I received my produce (Erik / plums) nice and fresh. I highly recommend Basil Grocery.

I bought it from the guys saying it was cooked kadayif, when I saw that the product was raw kadayif, I was really disappointed, they are very rude, do not buy anything from this store,

Basil sells Meray Trakya Pumpkin Seeds roasted & salted - 200g on Amazon and charges $14.99 but ships you ILG International Trading Pumpkin Seeds Roasted that are $3.24. ZERO STARS. Avoid to BUY from this fraudster company. Reporting to Amazon so hopefully they will lose the Amazon account.

Great delivery service. Foods are packaged nicely and tight. Ordered from them several times and never had a single issue. Prices are also reasonable especially if you buy some items on sale.
