“I have been a Wells Fargo customer since 2017. I have never left a review until today. I came in today with about $20 worth of change that I wanted to deposit and asked for coin rolls. Not only was I provided them, but Jade, an employee, offered up her desk to let me sort through my change; the manager Emily (forgive me if I got the name wrong) showed me how to roll change; Jade helped me sort and make the rolls; Nina helped me exchange coins so that I could make rolls; and Ariana took care of the deposit. I couldn't deposit everything due to WF only accepting change in rolls, but I'm okay with that.I was shown immense kindness and everyone was very helpful, which meant a lot as I felt like a very big inconvenience.Thank you to Emily, Jade, Nina, and Ariana for being so kind and helping me today! Forgive me if I spelled any names wrong or remembered them incorrectly.”

“Fantastic bank! I used to go to TD across the street, but joined here with a promotion they were running. The banker had forgotten to include my checks, so he delivered them TO MY DOOR and dropped them off along with his card in case I had any questions. Hands down, best customer service, I go in to make a few deposits now and then and he always gets up form his desk and greets me when I'm at the teller, and it's been over a year ago! I wish I remember his name but he drives a Subaru, totally best banker in the place.”
