This was the worst banking experience that I ever had. I thought it would be a quick 5-10 minutes thing to close the safe box. The lady told me to wait a few minutes when I walked in after knowing my purpose of visiting. Actually I was wasted for over an hour, saw staff walking around but no one taking care of me. At the end, they told me I have to make an appointment. I had to leave and make an appointment to come back. NO respect people and their time!

I want to acknowledge Nabila Maknoun, the Financial Center Manager at Bank of America in Hillsborough, NJ. When I met with her I felt very confident that my issue would be resolved. She was so well prepared and knew my transactions without even looking at my statement. I felt very comfortable in dealing with her also because she has such a warm and friendly personality which is very important when someone is stressed out which was the situation with me.Kudos to Nabila Maknoun!!!! Keep up the great work!!!!

This Bank of America Centre is great. I went to apply for my Credit Card and I met Clarence who helped me process the same and it was all smooth and I got my card in few days. Thank you Clarence for the help.

My visit to Bank of America Hillsborough Branch was an incredibly frustrating experience. I arrived at 10am, expecting a quick and efficient service since the branch was nearly empty. To my surprise, there were three staff members behind the counter, but only one of them was assisting a customer. The other two seemed completely disinterested in their job and were engaged in a casual conversation while occasionally glancing over the line of customers.Despite the fact that the line wasn't particularly long, the staff members showed no intention of helping the waiting customers. After enduring over 10 minutes of waiting, I couldn't take it anymore and asked why the wait was so long. One of the representatives reluctantly moved to her station, but instead of promptly assisting us, she started the slow process of logging in and muttered that it takes time as an excuse for her lack of care.It was clear that the staff had no regard for the customers' time or concerns. Long waiting time with minimal acknowledgement and a half-hearted attempt to address the situation was simply unacceptable.Hillsborough BoA is terrible. I would strongly caution against choosing this branch for your banking needs, as their lackluster service is simply not worth the hassle.

Everytime I have been to this bank with questions, they are always able to answer everything completely and thoroughly. My consultant, Rohan Patel, was very helpful in explaining all the basic qualities of banking to me, an inexperienced person. Overall, their services are good and the bank itself is well-maintained.

Went to open a new account and the women runs over to slam the door on our face “we’re closed”. So rude and unprofessional, she deserves to be fired to be honest. We get it, you didn’t get a college education for this job and ur old and decrepit but like act professional to customers who keep you having a job. Will never return here get your act together. I will find out her name and write a new review to get her removed.

We came on 04/25/22 with out an appointment to open a business account for my husband and Griseli the Business Manager took us and helped us with everything. She was very patient with us because we had a lot of questions , she explained everything . Amazing service thank you so much . Great service

Just avoid walking into this branch. Everyone must be new. Because if you’ve been there a while and you don’t know that you are doing. Please quit. Walked in to deposit business checks into the same account. Couldn’t even do that. Btw there slow to move

I have been a BoA loyal customer for over 20 years. I've experienced many annoyances over the years but the final insult came when this branch recently put a TEN DAY hold on a check from a major life insurance company I deposited. My siblings, who use other banks, had their exact same checks deposit the next day. My credit score is 828. I am tired of being treated like a fresh out of jail convict by my own bank. I am in the process of switching to a competitor and so far have already felt a difference in the level of customer respect. I Just wanted BoA to know that treating your customers of 20 years like garbage can have consequences. Their site says that they are just being cautious, and are protecting me from fraudulent activity. Well I'm also going to exercise caution and protect myself from scammers, by switching to another bank.
