ADLC is absolutely the best Day Care I have ever come across. They are respectful, professional and trustworthy the staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable with any and all questions I have everyone always smiles and is always happy. My child is in the infant room and I truly can’t wait to have my child grow within the program.

DO NOT use this daycare. I used to love ADLC when it was under the management of Peggy Gladstone. It was not perfect, but my children were loved and learned in a safe environment. Staff were cordial, kind and really did care about about the children. My children enjoyed their preschool experiences. Even through the pandemic, Peggy worked endlessly to keep the daycare open and children safe - which helped out so many parents and families. The culture and climate of the daycare has drastically changed since the new owners took over. Staff are clearly not happy - many have left, which is sad. Prices were increased immediately amongst many other changes that have driven many long time clients away. It is very clear to me that the actions and intentions of the new owners are more about profit and less about the loving culture and climate that has been demonstrated for years! The new owners need to take some leadership classes and gain some important knowledge in running a business. I recommend they all share the book, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People Most recently, I was asked to leave the daycare because the new owner felt threaten about me answering questions and giving information to one of their staff who is looking to become a teacher. The staff member I spoke to is awesome and my intentions were to help her gain knowledge into furthering her career. If the owners are that scared or intimidated about this, maybe they need to make the work environment more optimist and develop a culture and climate that is supportive - maybe then they would not have a high turnover rate as they do now!

A year or two ago, I would have given this 4 stars. All Day had solid leadership, a great curriculum, amazing teachers and was a great deal for child care. it was not always perfect but the staff at All Day made it their business to work with us, especially for our kids sake. I consider that willingness to help to be a huge reason why I referred others to go there. Those that I referred, had nothing but a positive experience as well. This past year, there has been a huge drop off. Staff who cared for and loved my kids have left, prices changed and we started having to consider other option but I would have stayed if it had not been for the change in leadership.Melinda Rushing was not willing to work with us in regards to her issues regarding my wife's concerns about program quality and went so far as to claim my wife was "poaching" her staff because she was willing to help staff with resume. Simply put, my wife is not in a position to hire people. Further, I could have worked with Melinda but she chose to kick my kids out of her school. What kind of school takes out their parent concerns on kids? Robs them of the opportunity to grow socially and emotionally because the director has a parent concern? It saddens me that I can no longer recommend All Day, a once great day care.

I don't ever leave reviews, but I feel like this time I should. This place came highly recommended by a colleague of mine. As stated in a previous review, if your child isn't "cookie cutter" than this daycare is definitely not for you. I feel that they discriminate against kids that need extra help. They prey on the parents that have nowhere else to put their kids based on their delays. They price gouge and take full advantage on kids that need help. This is absolutely disgusting and horrible. I originally had spoken to Melinda the director and now towards the end she would send her little assistant Peggy to do her dirty work. The best part was I would email, she would answer and than miraculously she stated that she stopped getting my emails. Every time I called back, Melinda was either on a call, out of the office or in a meeting. They said one thing and they did the complete opposite. I can be desperate, but I'd rather lose my job than to ever leave my kids at this place. If I could give no stars I would. The one star they don't even deserve.

I hesitated to write this review but I need to be an advocate for my son. This daycare was highly recommended in the community so I had extremely high hopes in placing my children here. I took a tour with my two sons, youngest who is 9 months and my oldest who is 2.5. During my tour Peggy, who was the owner but apparently sold to other people but still works there was extremely judgmental to my son who's NEVER been in a daycare or school setting because he dumped out toys and was overly excited. She commented on the fact that I had him in a stroller and that he should be walking holding my hand and at home he shouldn't be in a high chair. Aside from this I took what she said and tried to be positive. When I called back weeks later to sign my children up she remembered my son and told me he would need to do a one day trial, as if that would prove anything, to see if he was a good fit for their establishment and thought he might benefit from somewhere with smaller classrooms. My son is speech delayed and is currently in speech therapy but is excelling in all other areas, they made sure to mention he was receiving "outside services" and that might not make him a good candidate for their place. I was extremely offended as they were not even giving him a chance and considering the fact that's he's been home his whole 2.5 years of life. It's really sad the way they treated my son, seems to me they didn't want to do their job or know that a child might have needed some more attention while adjusting. Unless your child is the cookie cutter milestone child, I do not recommend this place.

I usually don't leave reviews.....but I wanted to share my positive experience with ADLC.It has been 5 years since we first enrolled our girls to ADLC. From day 1, we felt welcomed and my girls LOVE the staff and the environment at ADLC. We found that the facility is clean and well organized. The teachers/staff are always helpful, caring and professional. They really helped build a strong foundation to my girls' academic and personal growth. The Director, Peggy, is also very helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. She is family-oriented and often thinks of ways to engage the parents with the children's activities - for example, we just had a muffin with moms for mother's day (an outdoor event with social distancing). We highly recommend ADLC to our friends and family and to any parents who have daycare needs.

We have our 3 children enrolled at ADLC and cannot rave about them enough! We started there as soon as daycares could open during the pandemic and the staff has done a phenomenal job at following all CDC guidelines while continuing to let our kids be children!! The entire staff is friendly, caring and consistent exhibit professionalism. This is our 3rd daycare in town and the only one to distribute and actually follow a guided curriculum. It is amazing to watch my 5 year old talk about science, math and Spanish! Peggy has truly done an amazing job at creating a community that allows our children to grow and be happy kids!

My child has attended ADLC for two-years. ADLC has been a life saver this year with the pandemic. Hillsborough Public Schools only offered hybrid Kindergarten, one day for four hours each week for most of this school year. In my opinion, my child would have fallen greatly behind, since mostly virtual learning would not have been best for her. ADLC heard the need from working parents, like myself, and offered full-day Kindergarten since September. My child has attended daily within the safe and clean facility conditions. The teachers and staff are excellent, ensuring that all of their Kindergarteners will be well prepared for public school First Grade. I cannot say enough great things about ADLC!

My two children (ages 4yr & 2.5yr) have been enrolled at All Day Learning Centers (ADLC) since they were each 18months old. They started in the toddlers room and have moved up into the older classrooms of preppers through pre-school levels and my oldest will move into the Pre-K class in Sept. 2021. When I originally was seeking out a daycare center in Hillsborough I didn’t know where to start and half the families on my block all had older children who were already enrolled in ADLC and highly recommended them. The teachers genuinely care about my kids and it’s always easy to get in touch with them via phone and email. The director, Peggy Gladstone, is very diligent with email updates and I greatly appreciated the additional text message service to let me know about closures due to weather or otherwise. They offer camera access to the classrooms for an additional fee and that provided me a lot of peace of mind when my children were smaller. In the classes of infants though preppers you do get a daily written “report card” at the end of each day. The older kids don’t get the report cards but they do offer parent teacher conferences usually twice a year to check in and see how your child is doing. Overall I’ve been very pleased with our ADLC experience and would recommend to anyone who asked :-)

Our child has been with ADLC from age 2 to 5 and we are generally very happy with how things have gone over the years. At the time, we were new parents looking at various daycares in the area and were horrified with what we saw. ADLC was our last stop and we knew right away that it was where we wanted our child to go. This is more of a school with a curriculum than a day care and we are very pleased with our child’s progression in all academic areas. Even during the pandemic, many appropriate precautions put in place which allowed for in person schooling, which was a HUGE help. Highly recommend if you’re looking for your child to learn and not just be watched for the day.

Being new to the area we had a long list of schools to tour - ADLC was the first tour we did and I immediately knew this was the environment my kids (ages 5 and 4) would love and thrive in. ADLC has done an incredible job, above and beyond job throughout the last year with Covid. The teachers are dedicated, loving and now part of our family. I wanted to also add, my daughter has a hearing loss , her teachers have been on the ball communicating any issues, changing her hearing aid battery and teaching her class about kindness. Thank you to our village at ADLC!

Currently at All Day Learning Center after leaving another center. Peggy (owner) made it the smoothest transition for my son (and me). She was so accommodating when it came to my husband and I touring the facility at different times. The staff is very friendly and busy. You never see any staff members on a cell phone like I had at my previous center. It's very professional & a loving atmosphere. It's all about the kids. I can't be more happy with the decision I made to switch to this center. Highly recommend!UPDATE: 3 years later... still incredibly happy at ADLC. My 4 year old has learned so much. He loves his teachers and comes home with so many fun activities they have done. Peggy is always there at the center and she will always take the time to talk to parents. They do many cute, fun events for the kids and for the families. I highly recommend.

This school was recommended to me by a few families when I first moved into the area. The transition for my kids to start school was the smoothest of the daycares we went to previously. Both my children look forward to school and when I transitioned from part time to full time, they were actually really happy about it. Considering how highly it was recommended I was surprised at how incredibly fair the tuition was. Thankful we found this school right away, appreciate their attention to my kids as well as the quick communication.

The teachers and staff at ADLC are some of the best we've experienced. Everyone is so thoughtful and caring, and makes us all feel welcome. The school is on beautiful grounds and is very clean. We have had a great experience there!
