I was in sales for years and found awesome shoes that I loved. They still fit, but needed to be adjusted as my feet changed. I thought all was lost until I found Randolph Shoe Repair. He's is a Master Cobbler and extremely professional. He restored and preserved my favorite shoes. I highly recommend him for all of your shoe repairs needs.

Today was my first time frequenting this business to get the heels of my Giuseppe Zanotti ‘s repaired. I am highly satisfied: customer service was top-tier. He was kind and accommodating. I will surely come back again!

What a wonderful shop and a kind proprietor. I am here from out of town and lost the heel of my favorite boots. He is fixing them while I wait. Highly recommend this shop.

I will admit, I didn’t know what a shoe cobbler was. I never used one before…until now!Randolph’s Shoe Care, in Hightstown, fixed up my very loved, very used leather boots. I wore them constantly over the last 3+ years… all throughout the country, in all the weather. I never took good care of them. I used sharpies to cover areas that wore off.I picked them up today and they look brand new. The bottoms are new. Not a single scratch… and a belt needed reattaching.OH! And Mr. Randolph suggested that any time I buy a nice pair of leather boots, to bring them to him first before wearing them and he’ll protect them from wear and weather.Your boots and shoes will thank you ?(Randolph’s Shoe Care information on last picture. It's hard to find a shoe repair place these days. They do it all here. Maybe I purchased some too narrow boots a year ago plus lol. Well, they widen them here for me so now I can comfortably wear my proper size. Additionally, I had a nice pair of boots that were a bit worn. I had them polished and patched up here (they look brand new again). I'm happy with my experience and will be returning.

I brought in a bag that needed repair. The gentlema remived the lining to get to the site that needed repair and did an extraordinary job! Thank you!Excellent work, lovely personnel, and a parking lot!

Mr. Randolph is a craftsman. He began as a humble shoe shiner and worked his way up to owning and managing his own shoe repair business. He obviously loves the craft. Very accommodating, reasonably priced, excellent workmanship. He restored 3 pair of my boots to virtually new condition.

Extremely poor customer service and the cheapest repairs that will ruin your shoes. I made 4 visits to pick up my shoes and this place was never open although the schedule lists the business as open. The repairs ruined my shoes and the business will not take responsibility. Save the HEADACHES, FRUSTRATION AND TIME!!! Go down the road to Ben's Shoe Repair they are more professional and they fixes Randolph's cheap fixes.

This place is by far the best shoe repair store I've ever been to! They made my dress shoes like new again. I highly recommend this business and their prices are very reasonable. You don't get amazing service like this anywhere else my shoes were even nicely wrapped when I picked them up. Thank you Randolph's shoe repair.
