4599 NJ-27, Kingston“Thank you Kingston USPS people for wonderful service. They are very helpful and kind. Nice and organized people with a professional service. I made my passport here finally after some struggles at other locations. I recommend people to come to this location even if it’s little bit far away from where you live.”
“Went today to renew our son's passport. Best post office I have ever been to. Nicest worker on the planet named Rich assisted us. He was courteous, polite, kind, and patient. Entire experience was stress free. I would give 100 stars if I could.”
“I interact with the staff at the Cranberry postoffice regularly and have found them to be exceedingly helpful and courteous. This was not the case several years ago largely because of a single disgruntled employee that has since left. Rich and his assistant are exemplary postal workers.”
“This was the first Post office that actually got me in and out with no problem. The supervisor lady at the window was nice and helped me with everything I needed. Much appreciated”
“It's a local Post Office. With all the challenges and features of most that I have visited (Rocky Hill, West Windsor, Lawrence, etc.). Sometimes there is a wait, but the line seems to move reasonably well. I think they do a good job.”
“I am so thankful for Kathy Felton at the Helmetta post office. The whole staff was super nice but Kathy was truly the best. I had a problem with transferring documents and had a very bad experience with a post office in Sayreville that I was not getting any help resolving until I met Kathy at the helmetta post office. Kathy was very Knowledgeable and straightened out the problem I had in Sayreville. She went above and beyond for me, was super nice and really took the time to explain everything that was going on to me and how to take care of the problem. It is very rare to come across a person and business that are so caring and helpful they are the best and Kathy is a great person.”
“Everyone at this Princeton Junction Post Office have been so helpful and extremely nice and understanding of my special needs adult son with Autism . We went twice for his passport application. Wonderful experience .”
“Staff was good. No main entrance into the main tellers section. Two doors in the side to PO Boxes and then another door into the main area. They helped me tape up my box better than I did”

Nicest mail person I have ever met- she guided my car so that I wouldnt accidentally hit her or her truck and she was so friendly after so I introduced myself and hope to see her again soon!Christin at the front desk is so helpful and goes above and beyond to help customers! She has been working to resolve mail delivery issues for me this week. Super friendly and hard working”

213 Carnegie Center Dr, Princeton“A lot of these reviews are on either the USPS system/processes in general or just the building amenities. I think it’s important to highlight the people working here too:Had to get our 3 kids (ages 9, 7, and 4 months) passports submitted (including having pictures taken here) - Keidra was super nice and patient. If you have her helping you with your passports you’re in good hands! ?”

347 Georges Rd, Dayton“I am a snail mail lover! I love to both send and receive letters and packages. Having just moved to Dayton at the beginning of the pandemic, it took awhile before I actually went to this post office. I was ordering stamps etc online.I have been to many post offices in my 58 years and this one is a gem! I cannot understand how this has such low reviews??? The staff are top notch, friendly, helpful, organized and kind! They have every priority mail supply you could want and the line moves swiftly. They are serious about Covid prevention and I really appreciate that. I can't think of a single complaint. Thank you for your service! Two years later UPDATE! This remains a wonderful, helpful PO! I think people should try being a little considerate and try kindness, you will find that you will be treated the same in return.”

3 New St, Chesterfield“I have never had a problem here , but I don’t come very often. The building makes my allergies act up as it has a high mildew/mold smell. I have concerns for the employees health.”
“I saw all the negative reviews and wanted to share my experiences with the East Brunswick Post Office. I have been using this post office for over 25 years, 14 as a business owner dropping off items daily. I do 99% of my label printing at home but occasionally make a trip to the counter if I have a high value package, need a receipt showing the package was dropped off or am sending a care package to our men and women overseas. When I have had to deal with the people behind the counter, they have been nothing but pleasant and helpful. There was a time one of the employees walked me to the lobby to show me how to use the scanner but it was to save me time in the future so I would not have to wait in line. I can't fault her for that. Yes, there are long lines sometimes which can be frustrating but it never seems to be due to those working behind the counter in my experience.Out of thousands of packages I ship per year through my business about a handful go missing, usually after they have left East Brunswick. I write it off as a cost of doing business.Sometimes an initial scan is not done but the tracking typically updates within days and almost always by the time it gets to the destination post office. I explain this to my customers if they inquire about the tracking and they are always understanding. I am happy that the Post office is able to process the packages I typically drop off after hours and get them moving that night and a few missed scans are not a problem for me.On an additional note, Penny has been our delivery person for quite some time now. Not only is she great at her job, she is an incredibly nice person that brightens our days every time my wife, son or I see her. This can be while she is dropping off mail or when we pass each other on the road. While some people may have had bad experiences, my life experiences have shown me that sometimes you get back what you put out. If you go in expecting to have a bad experience, that is what you may very well have.Something else to keep in mind. The US Post Office office employs more than 65,000 veterans and today, Veteran's Day, we should be thanking each and every one of them.”
“always satisfied with customer service. stuff is very helpful, nice and no long waiting time. we did passports for kids once. everything was good. thank you for service”
“I'm always getting a great service by Zachary. Very nice and professional! I was sending an E-ZPass tag without rapping it with the special foil. Thanks to Zachary, I saved stupid money ? spent in tolls!!!”
“I visited this post office recently. There was a line, but it wasn't long and it moved quickly. The service was also friendly. Had to write this because of all the negative reviews, my experience here was fine.”

435 US-130, Trenton“they were very helpful the Supervisor and the mailman really helped me out. supervisor was concerned about the safety of her carriers and I respect that! by miscommunication i went there i did not know customers are not suppose to be there. but they truly helped me getting my package early because i was heading out of town. im really greatful to both!”
“Great service in this post office. Been going to this post office for 20 years. I sent all of my business mail through them and the packages get to their destination quickly. One package I sent regular mail and was received in the West Coast within 2 days.”
