“Updated review!I have been coming here for several years and always find what I want. I went here today to look at the English tack they have. Everybody always treats me so well with dignity and respect, like I am family which is very rare during these Corona times when people are so dismissive and "put on airs." Despite the fact their central air conditioning gave out 2 weeks ago and it was clearly hot in the store, the staff was very helpful. I was able to get a beautiful oversided English bridle for $180 ( I've bought their bridles before, always great quality) plus really nice 5" irons for $50, fly spray, and a really nice English riding pad for $25. Total spent about $270 but well worth it. I was looking at the used English saddles, too, and they had some great deals. Also, the lady told me to go online and even if a saddle is at another store, I can have it sent to their store where I can pick it up and try it out!! Really helpful! There is such a great selection in this store that I always go back!! Just goes to show you, it is the little things that count, really. The way I feel when I am there and after I leave is always as a person who is valued!!Previous review!I have been going to this store about 3 years but last year I had to sell a saddle for a horse I no longer had. I thought about other consignment places, but to be honest, none of those places made me feel comfortable in their skill. Susan was really a huge help to me not only in pricing my saddle but encouraging me to list it for the correct price and give them time to sell it. It sold for the price I wanted, so I was very happy.The store is very well stocked with just about everything you need. I got a fantastic English bridle there with very soft leather and a headband for only 260. People bragged to me about the bridle. They have a huge supply of saddles and tack, plus, clothes, hats, boots, and horse feed. Definitely check them out if in the area or give them a call to ask about your needs. My puppy is experiencing a pretty bad allergic reaction, they helped me pick out the right products and the biggest part for me was how much they cared. “Another place where the crowd might come a little harsh with the reviews! Our precious cat Alfie was all out of food due to a delay on shopping with a leading online pet food merchant, which necessitated this trip to Petco. Unlike another chain that starts with "Pet," Petco had Alfie's food of choice in stock! We also are trying a couple cans of new food that may be a bit healthier for him. He's an indoor cat after all and not immune from the quarantine 15. It was easy to pick out everything online and pay. Nikki named me as someone authorized to pick up the goods, so I swung by this morning and was in and out in 2 minutes. Almost felt like an illicit transaction in a movie or something because it was so smooth and the product was nicely bagged. If the leading merchant doesn't get its act together, we will probably be back here to Petco!”
“The reason I score 10 is that Petco makes it so easy for me to find what products I want they have a food variety and are always in stick. And Also the girl at the register was very polite and helped me well with my online order pick up I can not remember her name which is my fault but the next time I visit I will be sure to get her name so I can report her excellent customer service”
