First time client of O&D Beauty Salon and Barber Shop. We hope to be going back for years to come. I was able to walk in last night without an appointment even though they were busy. They were able to accommodate both my son and my grandson within minutes. Excellent service, professional cuts and very reasonably priced. All of the staff was extremely welcoming and caring. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.

Nice people, they all speak Spanish. I wish they would have told me they are not well experienced with curly thick hair. I was over charged for a job poorly done. More of a location for men’s hair cuts and women with thin hair. Unfortunately will NOT recommend to anyone with natural curly hair.

Their style is more for "afro-hispanic" clientele, no posh or modern Euro cuts here... the coiffurists are quite nice Native South Americans, that are very knowledgeable of their particular style...

I’ve been going here for years but it’s just gotten worse over time. Most of the workers don’t speak english so it’s hard to communicate what you want. I have natural hair type (3C/4A) and they’re always so rough with my hair and I always see them throwing out clumps of my hair into the trash. They also do this awful scamy thing where they’ll charge you extra for some product you didn’t ask for and you weren’t even aware of them putting it on you hair. And it’s not like you can fight them about it because they won’t even understand you, so you’re basically forced to pay an extra $10-$25 dollars. Most of the newer hairdressers are so unprofessional and clearly don’t know what they’re doing. For instance, they don’t even clean your scalp when washing your hair. They also don’t know how to comb curly hair. Instead of combing in a downward motion starting at your ends and working your way up, they’ll start from the root and try to drag the comb down which rips out your hair and causes a lot hair breakage.It’s truly ridiculous and pitiful. It’s so sad because I’ve been coming here for so long and I used to have no problems with them. It seems i’ll have to find somewhere else to get my hair done because these people are so two-faced and clearly unqualified.Though, I will say that the hairdresser, Lady, is the best and she deserves to work somewhere better or get payed more from this salon. She’s the only one who knows how to deal with natural hair. She’s always very gentle and gets the done very efficiently. Unfortunately, she’s never there. Even when I request Lady while I’m on the phone making my appointment, I’m always disappointed to see her not there despite the fact that I asked for her.

Local professional, friendly unisex salon with prompt service. Appointments suggested if you want a particular stylist but everyone I've tried has been very good & accommodating
