It's really getting worse and worse. I've been here four times and I didn't like it. I've shown several photos and none of them have turned out the way they should. I don't know how this place has good reviews and it's crap. Bad service. They don't know anything about fashion. This place is a latin trash
Horrible service, I really don't recommend it, look for another hair salon.

I was intending to go to another barber shop today but that other place was closed. Luckily I found Nueva Imagen.I needed a barber. Fortunately they have barbers on staff, and they were able to take me as a last-minute walk-in without an appointment.The barber was extremely friendly, courteous, professional, and did an excellent job.Spanish is the primary language spoken here. Fortunately I was able to use some broken Spanish and English to communicate with the staff and with the barber as to my styling preferences.They take Google Pay, which is a plus.It was an excellent experience and I would definitely recommend Nueva Imagen.

Do not go to this place they do not take you by appointments they take people who know them first which is ridiculous since any customer should be their first priority. I made appointment 2 days ago waited one hour and they took someone else because they knew them

Terrible place, my dye that I wanted was blonde, I came out with red highlights, I paid dearly $180 for a good job, noooo, I recommend it at all, I was there for almost 9 hours and I came out worse as it was horrible, I was. Another salon to fix it and they told me that it was a terrible job, I cut the ends and it ruined the cut bad bad for women

I almost never leave a review but I think this deserves one. I’ve been going to this barbershop for four months now and have used almost every barber they have been there. Seems like they will hire just about anyone, every haircut got worse. There are one or two guys that are not bad. I guess I can only blame myself for going back every time. But today was the worst haircut I think I’ve ever gotten in my life. The kid that must’ve been barely 18 clearly has no experience cutting hair and definitely not shaving (pretty painful and not a straight line at all). Took 90 minutes for a simple fade and trim (I kid you not, the trim was two cuts on one side of my head). I’m all for giving people a chance to learn which is why I keep coming back but you have to have some experience before working at a barbershop. Also a handful of them don’t speak any English and have to ask a co worker to translate. Definitely never going back.Services: Beard trim
