the owners / managers of this place treat ther staff like slaves always adding more duties. My sister left there after many years as a teacher/bus driver / other duties. She gave considerable notice. She moved in with me to help with mother and Bonnie the lead person/manager would not give her a letter acknowledging that she taught there 5+ years. Bonnie said it was there polocy not to give letters of recomendation. my sister needs this letter to complete her teaching certification here. If this place treats their long term staff, essential to their school like this, I question how they will treat your children. Are they just a number in an account book or are they valued as they should be. Parents look how a school treats their staff. That is the value they place on your child And yes Bonnie and Bhavesh you know to whom I am refering.Ed M

There aren’t enough good things to say about this school and staff. I remember first stepping foot and seeing how clean and professional it looked. Bonnie the director was so warm and personable and down to earth. She sat me down and talked to me and didn’t rush ANYTHING, you can tell she’s very organized and on top of her game and takes care of anything immediately. Then she took me on the tour and I fell in love with Ms. Katie and knew this was the place for my little girl. Some of the teachers have been there for years and it speaks volumes because they know what they are doing and love their job. Ms Katie exceeded every single expectation we had and more! I felt so safe and comfortable leaving my daughter there. She’s now with Ms Joan and co teacher Ms. Anu who are also just as amazing and I really couldn’t ask for better. She takes her job so seriously and not even being with her a month my 3 year old can count to 15 in Spanish. So much structure and routine in these rooms and that’s what little kids need the most. My other daughter is in the infant room with Ms Tara and Ms bhampti they are so loving and nurturing and keeps a very clean room - it’s a hard job but the kids are all so happy and love her so much. I look forward to picking up because Bonnie and the assistant director Jordan are so involved and know your children like they’re the only ones attending. Everyone is playful and happy and professional and really feels like a second family. I would recommend this center to anyone who is looking.. my two girls are thriving every day and I do not have one bad thing to say about the place or anyone in it !

I can not say enough great things about this branch! The director Bonnie is patient and has always taken the time to address any questions or concerns I have ever had. She personally oversees all classrooms to ensure everything is up to her high standards. Assistant director Ms. Jordan has a phenomenal 1-on-1 relationship with every child that walks through the door and her interactions with my daughters is a highlight of their day. Every teacher that both my daughters have had go above and beyond to both educate at a high standard while at the same time expressing comfort and love. Ms. Katie, Ms Joan, and Ms Tara have all been so much more to my girls than just a “teacher”. They are very special people to be able to make such a positive impact on my children. Assistant teachers Ms. Rachel and Ms. Bhampti and Ms. Anu show such passion for their roles that there isn’t a minute a day that I doubt my girls are in safe and loving care here. If you are ANYWHERE in this area and looking for a place for your little ones to thrive, please don’t hesitate and give them a visit!

This daycare is so unorganized and the director Bonnie will take all the money she can get from you. A LOT of lies and broken promises. The classroom bathroom was filty. The classroom had too many children. The aid allow the kids to watch videos on the ipad daily after the teacher leaves for the day. They don't allow the children socialize. It was just a horrible experience. I only kept my child there for a few weeks. I am glad to have found a much better place for my child.

I can’t say enough good things about Kiddie Academy of Robbinsville. Bonnie, the teachers, and all the staff truly care. Both my children love going there and love their teachers. It makes it much easier leaving my kids knowing they are safe and happy. I highly recommend!

My first impressions were not great. I called in to check out different day cares in the area. They were not welcoming but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and scheduled a virtual tour.When I did a virtual tour with the manager, it felt so awkward and unnatural. She didn’t have any organized plan on how to do the tour and showed me the building from the parking lot. Then when she went inside, suddenly the video wasn’t working and she wasn’t able to get it back up. She didn’t even try to reschedule with me when I asked. She was rude to me during the call. Any question I had was met with a short response. I tried my best to make the best of it.After we decided on going with a different place, the manager asked me which one I chose. I chose not to say mainly for our own privacy. Her response was, “well I gave you a tour (if you could call it that), it’s only fair you tell me where you went”. The entire interaction was so uncomfortable.To add, two families also told me about their experience with this place. One had a similar story as mine and the other enrolled but quickly took their kid out after how dysfunctional this academy is after only a month. I’ve seen a handful of families leave this academy to the one I went to.I didn’t know any better at the time while I was trying to find a place during my pregnancy, but remember you are your children’s voices. Go with your gut feeling if you’re not sure about a place.Update and Response To Your Message: Thank you for getting back to me. While I appreciate that you want to work things out, I found a day care that better fit my needs and did not make me uneasy about leaving my child in your care. Perhaps this could help you figure out who I am. I am the person who did not want to give you my address during our initial meeting and explained it was due to unwanted advertisements and am the person who has emailed a handful of times to the business to remove me from the mailing list. The most recent removal request was less than a month ago via email and I visited you guys over a year ago. Yet, somehow I ended up with spam mail and emails from Bonnie. I ask you again for the nth time, please remove me from your email list.

We are delighted with Kiddie Academy! Several colleagues of my husband had recommended them, which was really important to us. Our son started last August and loves it! He’s always happy to go to school, I think they get the balance of learning and play just right. His teachers and the assistants really care about my son, and Bonnie is very communicative and professional. For us, Kiddie Academy has been the perfect fit, we’re so happy to have found them.

The staff is so great with each of the kids. They truly love being there and promote learning in a positive way. My daughter has grown so much in her language, understanding and learning like abc's and numbers, being personable and just everyday interactions with kids and adults. What I like probably the best is they understand they are just kids and will have their moments. The patience and love they give the kids every day makes me so comfortable leaving her there every day!

The school is super clean and well maintained and the teachers and the staff are very friendly and approachable. We get immediate response for any question/concern that we come across. The kids are very well taken care of, my kid is going for the past 3 years and I can attribute much of his development to the education he is receiving from the teachers and the staff at the Kiddie Academy of Robbinsville.

Kiddie Academy is a perfect fit for my 4 year old. I love their curriculum and the emphasis they put on social skills. The staff have gone above and beyond for my son as he had a difficult transition from being home for 4 years to starting school. They all worked together to make it a great year for him and had a great deal of patience and empathy. He now loves going to school!

I would give zero stars if I could ! I highly suggest staying away from Kiddie Academy in Robbinsville. My now 18 month old daughter has been going there since April. From day one, I had frequently voiced concerns to the Director, Bonnie. These concerns included lack of communication and things not being documented properly on my daughters tad poles account just to name a couple. But never once did I fear for the safety or well being of my child. On 11/23/21, while watching the video monitoring on my phone, I witnessed the teacher, Lara/Laura(?), man handle my daughter and another little boy. She forcefully pushed this little boys head onto the cot multiple times because he was CRYING. Then, I witnessed her forcibly shoving my my daughter's binky in her mouth! When my daughter started crying, she picked her up like a damn rag doll! My daughters head and body went flying! I left work to go get my daughter immediately.I don't know the teacher's exact name due to the high turn over rate at this facility and lack of communication across the board. When I arrived at the facility to pick up my daughter and explain what had occurred, the director viewed the video and acknowledged that she saw exactly what I had verbalized that I witnessed. Bonnie and the owners both wanted to sweep this under the carpet. I was told that this teacher wouldn't ever care for my child again and they would "take care of things." This teacher wasn't fired on the spot! And, as far as I know, is that she is still employed with Kiddie Academy! They begged me to trust them and indicated that they would handle this situation properly. There has been absolutely no follow up from the facility. Later that day, I was informed by another parent they let her back to work moments after i left. This is sickening to me! The main focus and concerns should be for the safety and well being of the children. That obviously isn't the concern here. This teacher IS going to hurt a child and should have been fired on the spot.FYI, a police report was filed immediately after the incident

Our daughter started at Kiddie Academy in the infant room just a month before the pandemic and shut down. The owners and director were extremely communicative and empathetic throughout the entire process. The staff has gone above and beyond to keep the children safe and happy during such an uncertain time. The director and staff are always kind and respond quickly to any concerns. Not to mention, the staff is extremely generous and charitable throughout the year in an effort to help families in need. My daughter loves her teachers and comes home happy every single day. I couldn’t ask for more from Kiddie Academy Robbinsville and even if I did, they would surly make it possible!

I absolutely LOVE kiddie academy! Bonnie is who sold us on making a final decision on what school to put our daughter in. I’m SO glad we did! They have amazing teachers and staff for these kids you can tell they just love them all so much! Covid 19 hasn’t even been a concern with how well they adjusted to the new rules and procedures. I feel 100% safe when leaving my daughter with them. I absolutely love the drop off and pick up procedures it’s so easy for us parents to have them all set and ready to go home once you arrive at the school. The staff is so friendly with drop off and pick ups too! My daughter loves going, we have never had any melt downs at drop off! ( that tells me right there she loves being there) I’m not one to write reviews but I think this school & staff needs to hear how amazing they are doing!
