Don't buy Cuisinart kettle. Total junk, third one broke within few yers. Same problem every time - bad thermostat. Kettle just keeps boiling nonstop, fire hazard. Warranty only 3 years.

LOGISTICS PLUS review.First. They are not here until 8 am... So, even if it says "0700-1500", they don't open until 8 am. So, chill.No gate. Can park overnight.Now, if you are wondering where the Shipping Office is? Glad you asked. Drive all the way to dock 49. See the Fountain? It's in front of it. You will see Logistics Plus sign in the corner on top of propane tanks...Lastly... Wear... Real... Nasty toe... Covering... Shhhooouuuzzzzz. Otherwise, you are not worthy stepping in through the door for the whole 1 step into the "office" towards the plastic table.... Literally, 15 seconds, but you better have shoes and zilch none zero flip flops... Nevermind the welcoming committee wearing stained t shirt, shorts, 3 week old shoes, several year old grease smudged baseball cap... You know, the classy attire, which your undesired flip flops offend... So, go back to your dog house, walk back with the SHOES ON back and within 15 seconds walk back to the device to back into some dock.Yeah... That all makes sense.Only to get a call later, asking when your eta is...IT IS WHEN I FEEL LESS ANGRY ABOUT YOUR HIDDEN DOOR, AND YOUR DEMANDS FOR THE SHOES. GIVEN YOU HAVE GIVEN ME 0700-1500 TO PICK UP, THOUGH I HAD SOME APPOINTMENT... secret huh!?... I'll deliver at 14:40. Never again

I have never had a WORST customer service experience. Over the past month, I called Conair 4 different times just to resolve the problems of the previous call. I have been trying to return a defective item since 10/10/2019 and am still dealing with it a month later (11/5/2019). I first called and the rep did not know where I could find the serial number on the item. So she told me to take pictures and send them to Cuisinart customer service email and they would deal with it. Ten days later and I heard nothing. I called Conair again and she knew where it was and after I told her when I bought (10/14/2018) she said she could not do anything because it was past the one year warranty even though I initially called before it expired and the first rep couldn't help. The third time I called, I was not about to get screwed over and demanded that I need to get a replacement. They obliged and sent me information to send it back via UPS. I received this confirmation email a week later and they STILL gave me the wrong information. I called A FOURTH TIME and now have to wait another week for the shipping email to come through. I bought another mirror from another company because this has been so bad. Why would I want a bad product from a worse company?

The Conair warehouse store is open to the public every weekday until 5. You can pick up super cheap Conair and Cuisinart products. I highly recommend!

Great sale going on right now until the end of the summer. No specific date was given. They also have Cuisinart items. Got some really great deals! Worth a trip even if you just need a gift for someone.

We go every year for the annual sale - the discounts are just too good to pass up! But it's also very crowded, and we almost always see a fight over a limited-quantity item.
