Bad service, the woman did not want to answer a question I asked her. I had made an appointment and I do not want to attend to me and to call the client is worse because they have not yet attended to me and I am urgently in need of an answer please.

I recently had a less-than-pleasing experience at Bank of America. The staff there did not exhibit the level of courtesy I expected, which was disappointing. I specifically needed a particular exchange rate, but unfortunately, they were unable to accommodate my request. This situation led me to seek service at a different bank, where I found the process much smoother and my needs were met without any issues.

Completed online application for new joint account opening. At the end of online application, online app suggested to visit the branch for documents verification. So visited this branch. On visiting the branch people said come back with appointment. So booked appointment and visited second time. Spend 35 minutes for ID verification. At the end, I was told the my application may not go through as their system gave some error and so I will have to visit 3rd time. I told them they have all the details, documents have also been verified so they should resubmit the application. But they refused. Complete waste of my time for a simple account opening process. Bank needs to improve.

I always have a pleasant experience at this BoA location. Joy and Lily know how to speed up the process in a calm, kind manner and deal with everyone as quickly as they can. Have always had my issues resolved here.

The teller needs to focus more in the line than talking to everyone and when you need to withdraw a big amount you can't used the ATM like they told me to do so.

Needs vast improvement in customer service. Last Monday only one teller was working, the other went to lunch, during lunchtime when many customers need the bank on their lunch hour. There was another employee who said she was too important to work as a teller. Her job was to order customers around and she became very abusive and insulting. She was horrible. The windows are at the entrance to ShopRite and it is a very crowded and dangerous location as shoppers come in and out pushing carts. I had to quickly dodge carts. There isn't any way to social distance in this crowded space. I don't understand why this isn't a fire hazard. They cook food in the back of ShopRite. If there ever were an emergency, I don't know how shoppers could be safely evacuated.
