Had an issue with an important package not being redelivered. I spoke with Highlands Post Office and they resolved the issue immediately.

The mail has been coming super late or not at all. I have video proof of the mailman sitting in his car for an hour and a half long not delivering any mail, on multiple occasions. This has been the third day in a row I haven’t received mail. I called to make a complaint they said someone would contact in 48 hrs after BEING ON HOLD FOR 56 mins. No one has contacted me and still have not received my package or my mail and once again the mail didn’t come. WORST POST OFFICE EVER

I have a po box and at times I have to feel I would be better getting my mail sent to russia. My Package is there... its sorted... confirmed for delivery but since they don't feel like putting it in my box.. I am told it will be in tomorrow. Isn't tracking great. I followed up and the package is in a post office about 5 miles away where they forgot to put in on the morning truck. I don't like the way these people tend to cover each other.... the tracking said it was there but a call confirmed it wasn't. Even though it said it so.
