Much, much, MUCH improved pharmacy staff!!! The pharmacists and Minute Clinic docs have always been really great (patient, knowledgeable, friendly) but for years, have had very frustrating experiences with the pharmacy techs at this CVS. Seems they've made some really good new hires.

Went into the store today and they were playing the most disgusting pornographic music on the intercom. If I had a child, I would've ran them out of the store. If this is the kind of music, they play in all the CVS stores I recommend that you do not bring your children into a CVS store.

They take a long time fill anything. The pharmacy takes lunch breaks in the middle of the day , when most people are trying to drop off information. Makes no sense so many pharmacists they can't rotate and be open the entire day.

This CVS provides the absolute worst customer service. If zero stars was an option, I would give them just that. My insurance changed their provider number. Thanks GEHA. When I presented my new card, I was told that they updated everything. They did not. They merely added coupons and nothing was ever processed through insurance. I called CVS Caremark and they verified that no claims were ever sent. When I called to speak to someone in the pharmacy to fix this issue, I was told that she could not help me because she was too busy with customers and that she didn't have a manager. I never asked for a manager. I merely asked what I needed to do to fix the problem. I decided to go in instead. The guy behind the counter also refused to help me. He told me that it was a deductible issue. When I told him that I have no insurance deductible for prescriptions and that my beginning of the year copays are covered by FSA, he looked at me like I had 4 heads and told me to move along. I did. I now go to Bayshore pharmacy. Too bad the hundreds of dollars I lost paying out of pocket for prescriptions that should have been paid through my insurance are gone forever.

Preparing to go out of the country... scheduled my Covid test a week in advance. CVS cancels the test as I'm waiting in the drive thru. Leaves me scrambling.

Here's the deal on this one...Used this location earlier for their Minute Clinic. It's pretty easy, even the day before a holiday. Register on that kiosk in the back of the store next to their pharmacy. It's pretty quick, I was able to get an appointment within 15 minutes. After explaining my issue ( ear problems, yet again) Donna, electronically sent it over to the pharmacy. Yes, I was covered with my insurance. Thankfully.Look, if you can't get a Dr's appointment this is a viable option to use for that short term / not serious issue.Good in a pinch.

I Had to get a rapid Covid test for work and this was the only location at the time. My appointment was at 1:00 and I sat there for an hour and no one called. I even went inside to ask the pharmacy what was going on and honestly at that point I just wanted to make sure the person was ok. I knocked on the door twice and there was no answer. I've gotten a rapid test before so I know how it works, but this is just unfortunate. I was the only car there, everyone parked and then left. It's 2:04 now and I never received a call. I honestly never seen anything like it. I live about an hour away and I'm just really disappointed. I needed to get this test done. Huge waste of my time.

The staff is not educated, not helpful but more than that instead of resolving the issue they created they gave advice on medication that was complete inaccurate and harmful.
