Very disappointed. I had a gel manicure done 2 days ago and it is already peeling off. I am very upset that it didn't even last a week! Also, when getting the manicure the nail attendant kept cutting my skin with the nail drill which really hurt. Just a poor experience overall. I would not go back and would not recommend it.

I have never been treated with such hostility and anger, coming from the owner no less on two occasions. This ill-treatment was utterly deplorable. Perhaps, Coco has trouble understanding comments & normal communication versus "complaints" because there is a language barrier, but her defensive, aggressive, anger in a customer service industry is disgusting. She seems to have emotional dysregulation that is projected and unwarranted.

Good pedicure and manicure but got eyebrows and nail designs definitely go somewhere else. I paid almost $200 for gel on my nails and feet, French tip and shea butter pedicure. The price also included them “fixing” what I wasn’t satisfied with which I thought was a complete rip off. My nails were already falling apart after a week. My pedicure held up though. There are other places that do all this for the same price but you will LOOOVVVVEEE your nails and they will make sure you’re overly satisfied with the end result. I ended up going to another place next door the following week to do a take off and new set. Btw, my nails still look fabulous.Services: Foot massages

Lost $60 dollars in this gel manicure. Manager/owner is never there to address issues and the workers really don’t care about whether your satisfied with their work. They simple “do their job” and charge you. Another time I lost $30 on a simple gel manicure but I let it go and moved on to try a different worker. The individual did a good job in a simple gel manicure. However, when I went in to ask for these nails he said he would “try” and I was ok with that, I just wish he had charged me a “I tried price” and not $60 for a very poorly done job. They have definitely lost my business, after this time I sure won’t be coming back. Their prices are ridiculous for the kind of work they do.

I was there today. The lady who did my nails was very hard worker but untrained. She even didn’t know the nails shape. And how much product should be used and how to make the shape. She put a large amount of acrylic gel and didn’t know how to file it properly. During the process I noticed they use the same dirty equipments and filers on every customer. They don’t use sanitizers or antibacterial products. When I told her the shape is not good and it’s really thick she just ignored my words. All my nails are pointing to the west, east,north and south. Even one nail is going every direction from the root to the tip. I have never seen nails like the big foot feet prints. I didn’t say any word even my heart was crying? when I paid more than an expensive nail salon where you can get all the facilities.

I popped into this nail spa unexpectedly. I was quickly greeted and picked a color along with the spa kit for my pedicure. The spa pedicure kit choices included lavender, olive oil, etc. The pedicure included a soak, scrub, hot towel, and a relaxing stone massage. I would definitely recommend!

I have been coming to this salon every two weeks for the past few years. The service has changed dramatically. I could’ve given myself a better manicure with my non dominate hand .. blind folded.. than what I’ve been paying for these past few months. Yesterday.. I had an appt.. I was on time. It was busy. All I wanted was to have my gel removed, a manicure and clear polish applied. After soaking for 10 minutes she began the most aggressive process I’ve ever experienced scraping.. pulling my fingers.. telling me to relax. I thought I was in the twilight zone. The whole time thinking.. this is the last time. She charged me $23.. when the sign clearly says $12. I left a 2$ tip out of pity.Do yourself a favor.. visit the salon next door.Services: Pedicure

This place seems clean. The staff do not engage at all but at least they seem to make an effort. My biggest issue is how cheap the polishes are. I have gone to this place a few times to get a gel manicure and pedicure. Every time, doesn't fail, my nails have chipped the next day. You can tell the quality is bad. Either bad or they just keep adding acetone and reusing. I really tried giving this place a chance but it's just cheap. On Thursday I decided to go for dip nails to see if I have better luck with the quality but yet again, within two days my nails chipped. They also overprice. I paid $65 for nails that chipped in two days. Crazy!
