“Had a great experience at Road Runner Sports purchasing a pair of sneakers after discovering my old sneakers were simply worn out after barely 15 months of use. I've always browsed around here every now and then during lunch, but never bothered to undergo the full experience of doing a fit test and all of the fixins. This time around, I didn't want to mess around so I did the proper routine. Of course, the benefit of coming here on a weekday is that you don't have to wait very long to do the fit test and try on sneakers. With their help, I did finally decide on a sneaker to buy, although it admittedly took me a few extra days to make the purchase. However, the service was spectacular, prompt, and attentive in my eyes. The prices are what you'd expect from a running shoe store. I did splurge a little extra for custom insoles. In the limited time I've begun to wear my new shoes, I've noticed the difference. For me, the decision was easy because I was able to utilize my HSA employer-contributions from my previous job against it. By default, I was enrolled as a VIP member. I probably won't stick around with the membership, but it's good to have it for your initial purchase.”

David, in particular, was extremely helpful, and helped me try on dozens of different pairs of boots in several various sizes, ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS, before I found the ideal fit. He was never annoyed by my pickiness, even after I came back and did it all over again with a return of the boots I bought the first time. It was super pleasant to have someone knowledgeable, like David, cater to my needs and help me till the very end. Huge shout out to Red Wing and David for their superior quality AND customer service. It’s also extremely affordable and has the best underground street brands like Hellstar, Bape, Supreme, including exclusive merchandise from Balenciaga, Versace, Dior, Gucci, and Rick Owens. I recently purchased a Gallery Dept. shirt that is only available at the Miami location and I’m so grateful that their collection hosts such a curated and artistic variety that ranges from affordable streetwear to exclusive designer pieces. “Located inside of Center Stage dance studio... my first time here was interesting. Very, very busy place! The store portion is a little closet type part of the studio, but nonetheless.... Went here to purchase pointe shoes for my daughter. Didn't know that we had to book an appointment (pretty involved process).. but Leann was a gem to let us still get service as a walk-in. “I went there to buy a pair of Toms and I had the pleasure of having Jenny help me with my purchase. She was so kind, helpful and patient. While she was helping me I mentioned that my neurologically impaired sister wanted a pair of personalized Vans since she is unable to tie her shoes. Even though she said they don't do that there, she suggested that I bring my sister in so that she can measure her size, so I don't order her the wrong size since they would be a special order. So I came back the next day with my sister and again Jenny was extremely kind, patient and helpful. I don't usually leave reviews but I wanted to this time since it was such a pleasant experience. “Amazing service and I didn’t even step foot in the store. I called the Wednesday before Thanksgiving searching for a specific men’s UGG shoe. I have called other Journeys but no location serviced me like this one. I spoke with a gentleman named Jose. Who let me know the shoe was out of stock and unfortunately he was unable to order it for me. He took down my information and said he will call me when he gets his next shipment. Due to COVID-19 I knew this was a long shot. I searched high and low since this was a Christmas gift my mom wanted for my brother. I finally was able to find a pair. I just received a call from Jose he received his shipment and the size I needed! I felt so bad I completely forgot and I already was able to get the shoe. I feel bad I am not giving him the business but he deserves a review and I highly recommend asking for him if there is something you need!”
