Working with Mario Auto was a very pleasant experience from the start. Claudia was extremely helpful in navigating the entire experience from beginning to end. She helped with getting the vehicle to the shop, how to handle insurance, and even made sure i was able to get a perfect color match. I’ve personally never had to deal with a vehicle accident let alone actual body repair on a vehicle and she made it so easy. She was even available past closing time for me to come by with documents and key drop off.
The technicians that worked on my vehicle were very helpful as well and did an amazing job on the repairs. As stated they were able to perfect match the new pieces which i was very afraid of given it’s a very vibrant white car that had slight yellowing in some spots. They washed the car for me and even were able to remove some of the spots that were on my doors and skirts that i thought would never come off. The car looks as good as the day i bought it nearly 5 years ago.
Also, to the guy who tried to say this shop was dirty in the reviews, this is one of the cleanest shops I’ve ever been to, even cleaner than a lot of chain shops. 10/10 would go here again and trust them with all my future vehicle auto-body needs.

Great place to get repairs. The team was able to get the part needed and repairs done in a short amount of time. Fast communication and very nice people.

Their customer service are phenomenal and prices are reasonable and affordable, and they are quick with their services. I would recommend this place anytime to anyone because they have helped my family a lot and I really appreciate them so much. I had a problem with my car and I was out of options. I took it to the place across the street from Mario’s and they were nowhere to be found so I just called the number across the street to Mario’s and Claudia picked up and thank God for her. They fix my car the same day even though they were about to close and I thank for them so much; without them I would have still been sitting there, trying to figure out how to fix my car. I know that it’s been a while since I’ve been there, but they also helped my mom with her car as well and once again, they helped my mom with her car as well. Recommending Mario’s to everyone.

My car was hit by a truck and received extensive damage. Mario’s was able to get all the damages repaired and good as new in only a couple weeks. They coordinated everything with the insurance company, and the manager even drove my car back to my house when I told her I wouldn’t be able to pick it up. 10/10 would recommend anyone to use Mario’s!

I have never left a auto body shop as confident as i did here. Being knowledgeable is one thing, but being able to explain every part of the repair and the importance of pieces was very helpful for someone not very experienced with cars. Thank you Mario and Claudia for the wonderful repair job and phenomenal service

Initially I thought they'd be good based off of the Google reviews. I rear ended someone at, maybe 8mph. The front damage was minimal. It did scrape the hood a little. When I got my car back, I opened the hood to inspect, closed it and a bubble popped in the paint job. Touch it and it cracked; paint came off. They didnt allow to cure. Also had to ask to wipe the interior down because the carpets and arm rest were filthy. No use of paper covers and they paid it no mind. The engine, since hood had to be off for paint (twice), was absolutely filthy as well. They charged for a cover, but it was evident they didn't use one; the engine was covered in dust. I noticed a few screws loose in the engine (plastic parts that attach front grill). It was one too many things. To make matters worse. It looks like they wiped my car down with a dirty towel because there are slight scratches throughout the car that I didnt have prior to this. Could it have been done because I complained about the cleanliness inside the car? I also complained about the front grill they accepted and had them change it. Overall a dirty shop. I didn't give one star because the work was done and hood was repainted, front grill replaced.

Thank you to the entire team over at Mario's for taking my car after being involved in an accident, bringing it back to life & practically to pre-collision condition.
If you get into an accident and are looking for a body shop, I recommend giving Mario & team the chance to work on your car because they won't disappoint and won't quit until you're satisfied.
Thank you again and if I ever need future body work I know where I'll be going!

Super happy with their work! Had a hit and run accident few weeks ago and was bit confused about how to handle the situation, stop by the office and spoked with Claudia(super friendly) and she provided very helpful solutions and good advice how to deal with insurance company. They were able to get my car in and out quicker than expected. I definitely recommending to my friends and family!
