Terrible customer service, I went in with my personal mechanic and they noticed a few things wrong with the car he mentions it to the owner and the owner started shouting kicking us out because we mentioned the faulty things with the car, said we were wasting his time and that he has someone else waiting for the car. All that as a scheme to get me to buy the car so then I bought it anyways and ended up finding out way more was wrong with the car, the owner promised me warranty for engine and transmission which I payed for just to find out they only cover tires.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I BOUGHT A CAR FROM THERE AND IN 2 MONTHS IT BROKE, STEVE TOLD ME THE CAR HAD WARRANTY AND SAID IT COVERED ANYTHING THAT HAPPENS TO THE ENGINE. TURNS OUT THEY DONT COVER ANYTHING AND NOW IM STUCK WITH A BROKEN CAR YHAT I HAVE TO MAKE MONTHLY PAYMENTS ON EVEN THOUGH ITS NOT RUNNING…

My family has gone to Steve for YEARS. My sister and I were notexpecting the level of incompetence and frustration with carsthat we went through. I brought a 2017 Nissan Rogue for$14,500. I was promised rims and only received them when I toldthem I would stop paying. Finally, I thought the issues with thecar would end. 3 months later, tire transmission needs to bereplaced. Another 2 months later, the batter dies. 3 MOREmonths later, the transfer case, trans cooler hose, and controlarms all fail.If you're buying a car from Steve I would immediately take it to adealership and pay for a comprehensive inspection to see all theproblems the car has before your "warrantee" expires.

Do not ever buy a car here. Ever. As nice and friendly that they are, they are huge scammers and even bigger thieves and liars. Bought a car from this dealership and not even 3 days later the transmission fails. Save your money and time and go someplace else.

Best used car dealership I ever purchased at. I been scammed before from previous dealer but something about Steve and his crew were just the real deal. And truly honest about everything I just had nothing but good vibes and positive energy. Even went out his way on fulling the whole tank of gas for me. Just so kind and grateful he gave us a chance god bless you all. Me and my girlfriend forever grateful.

Sold me a 24 month car warranty as per my bill of sale that said it was through PRO GUARD. When the vehicle was totaled 4 months later, in a not at fault accident, I reached out to the warranty company to cancel. So the insurance could cover the difference since I didn’t have GAP insurance.To my surprise, he never purchased the warranty but charged me $700!

I bought a 1998 Honda Civic and 2005 Mitsubishi Lancer and 2012 Chrysler town and country all at one time from this scumbag of a dealer all 3 had major issues with in a month of leaving the lot the civic motor blew the transmission and in the town and country had gone bad due to a pre-existing pressure issues and the lancer has a rusted frame and broke

⚠️ please do not go to this place I brought a 2016 Nissan Versa from this dealership my first 2 months of having the car and taking it to an actual Nissan dealership i was told it had transmission problems, wheel barrel , Wheel alignment issue and now 3 months later the vehicle will not come out of park .. I have Proof of everything wrong with this vehicle READ those bad comments they are true ! This was my first Vehicle WORST experiment ever I am stuck with a car that is slowly falling apart because of the owner STEVE ! he should not be in Business

After working hard for 3 months searching for the right car and working with banks, I am in my dream car. My Audi Q5. Kevin did an amazing job with getting what I needed 3 days before the bank pulled my offer. Let’s not forget Steve the owner amazing man! Understood the people and the community need! Great place. I bought my stick shift accord about a year ago. Went back and trade it in for a 2015 Honda EXL. They work with you. I love my new car much more loaded then the sport.
