I gave them a call just to confirm, the recipient Tim guided me through the whole process and even took the time to help select which bundle of flowers would suit my needs best, which turned out to be the “Arrive In Style”. The level of professionalism and efficiency was a huge plus. After placing the order they were delivered in only an hour and the bouquet looked gorgeous! Let me tell you, judging by the attached photo, they did not disappoint. My instructions were simple – tall, bold colors, and fragrant. My designer knew right away what flowers would work. He did a mock-up two days before for me to approve. This is a team that will go above and beyond to meet your needs. Specifically in this case, they arranged for me to pick up my order on Sunday (event day). This is important because they are normally closed on Sunday. In doing so, the flowers were kept at the correct temperature until my event. They also moved the flowers to room temperature before I got there.
