Originally, I had taken my daughter to Sansone Auto Mall for an appointment to see (2) different Toyota Corolla's, that Sansone Auto Mall never actually had, (not surprised). After sitting at a sales man's desk for 45 minutes, it was apparent that they did not want to sell me a car. That is when we decided to go to FBN auto, (which is what we should have done to begin with). A salesman named Jeff helped my daughter and I out with a beautiful 2019 VW Jetta. The car is perfect, and the dealership was extremely professional and courteous. They arranged the financing and we drove away that day. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an extremely reliable used car and a very personable car shopping experience.

Purchased a used car from this place mid November. Shopping for a used car is also shopping for a place to buy a used car. FBN was recommended and after comparing various places, we found it to be the most honest place we found. Amazing customer service. Great deal on a vehicle. Treated amazingly. Didn’t even have to ask for the Carfax, a copy was inside the vehicle immediately for me to review. Had a slight issue with one of the tires. Brought it back in today. Completely fixed and no charge. Honored the three month warranty. Started with the auto sales and they had me go on down to the repair shop. Steve helped us out and was unbelievable. Highly recommend auto sales and the auto shop. Will definitely recommend this place and any future used vehicle I am going to purchase, I already know it’s going to be from here.

I financed a car from FBN February 2023, and shortly after I noticed some issues. I brought it to their attention and they told me to go to the service center. At the service center they had told me “it’s a good car there is nothing wrong with it”. Soon after that I when I was driving my car stalled out, so I checked the oil and the reservoir was empty. I brought it back when I could as they only do anything having to do with oil early in the morning. Again I was told “we don’t see anything wrong with the car, it is a good car”. I’ve went back their multiple times , recently for a check engine light that had to do with the catalytic converter. Each time I was gaslit into thinking I’m just crazy.
I recently decided to get it checked by a professional mechanic who had advised me there were multiple issues with the car, the issues we related to open recalls on the vehicle. Four open recalls that had to do with the issues I was experiencing.
The vehicle is a 2016 Jeep Renegade, I purchased it with approximately 93k miles.
The open recalls have to do with
1. The coolant fan
2. The catalytic converter
3. A software update for the TCB control module
4. Engine oil consumption.
I recently called FBN to inquire why they would sell me a car that has these issues and was told “it’s your job to look into the car”, “you drove it 14k miles already”, “this is not our problem” and “to stop blaming the world for my problems”. The person I spoke to on the phone was had an extremely disgusting demeanor, telling me to stop blaming other people for my problems and “we only help people who are nice to us and your not being nice”.
This place in my personal opinion is horrible, in my opinion and from my experience they will sell you a junk car way over what the value is for that vehicle. In a year I’ve been nothing but gaslit by these people. And the way they treat their customers is atrocious.
I Will caution anyone looking to buy a car here to do the due diligence that you think they are supposed to do. If you are set on purchasing a vehicle from FBN ask a lot of questions, ask for the car fax and independently look up the car fax report for yourself. The catalytic converter recall is on the car fax, but the copy I have does not have the issue listed on it.
There are plenty of other used car dealerships in the area of highland park and middlesex county that would be glad to have your business and would probably operate with a level of integrity that FBN auto lacks. Shame on you FBN auto. Buyer beware.

Very pleasant experience buying a car here. Jeff was nice and friendly, patient and helpful, definitely not pushy (not your typical car dealer). We found the used car we liked, agreed on a price, and finished the paperwork very quickly. We even got the warranty that was important for our son's first car. They have a repair shop which is convenient. We are happy with the car, after two days, and hope it will continue to run like this for years to come.

Around August I bought a suv from here, less than a year ago. 3 weeks in the check engine light came on, Steve from the repair shop said its no big deal, reset the light and sent me on my way. This happened several times. After my warranty expired I had to have the starter fixed and still my check engine light is on. They were very accommodating to my situation with my deposit. But after it was paid in full they were rude and uncaring. And still my check engine lights is on. Steve finally fixed whatever it was causing the check engine light to be on or at least he claimed to fix because the check engine light is still on. After speaking with Pat the owner since I'm no longer under warranty I will need to take my car to Kia at my expense. I had to find another mechanic and since then I have had the alternator done and my car is in shop right now getting the real issue behind the check engine light fixed

Just don't go there! The owner Pat is a very rude and dishonest person. I bought a $10000 car from them and withing a week the car had engine problems. I went back to him and he told me that maybe I don't know how to drive (I have been driving for 10 years!)! I have to repear something every 3 months! Such a waste
