Yet another positive experience when I take my car into FBN. I recently noticed that my brake fluid was just a bit low. Well, 99% of the time this usually means that there is a problem. So they road test it, put it up on the lift, etc. and tell me that it's nothing. The brakes are fine. I just need a bit of fluid. Now, realistically, how many places would have tried to sell me a brake job? Not them! They have always been honest and above board in all of my dealings with this. I highly recommend them.

I’ve been using Fbn auto service for about 12 years until last August when I moved out of the area and started using someone else I had a bad experience with someone else so now I travel an hour back to Fbn to have my car serviced and any issues it has I highly recommend Fbn !!!!

A family member has been taking their car to this Auto Repair shop for the past 7-8 years and has been very happy with the service. They moved out of the area and their car needed servicing so they took it to a repair shop near their new home near Toms River. The place told them they needed 4 new struts, a swayer, wheel alignment, estimate was $2380. So, instead he took the car to his reliable dealer (FBN Auto Service) over an hour away. They checked out the car and found all he needed was new brakes (front and back). $695. FBN Auto Service provides Honest Reliable Quality Auto Repair and Servicing.

Today I took a vehicle to FBN auto service, without an appointment, and asked them to look it over for me as I was thinking of purchasing the vehicle. I waited a few minutes and they then took the car for a ride and then placed it on their lift to inspect it. They gave me their opinion on the vehicle and I found them to be honest and respected their opinion. Steven was the nicest, friendliest man and I appreciated his honesty. I know of a few people in Edison who purchased a car from FBN and have been very pleased with the cars they bought. I will be using their auto service from now on and I will continue to look at cars on their lot till I find one that I like.Services: Vehicle safety inspection

I was in a car accident with my cousin and the steering wheel locked which caused us to get into a car accident and FBN auto refused to honor the warranty they guaranteed her. She had just got this car! I would never recommend this to friends families not even my enemies! They almost took my life and my future!

My daughter purchased a vehicle with a warranty from this establishment. This company failed to honor the warranty and fix the vehicle. A representative "Jeff" was completely "unprofessional" in his dealings with me. It is my own opinion that I will NOT be referring or recommending this dealership to my friends or other family members. This opinion is that of my own accord and should be understood in that manner.
