Do not go to this cleaners if you are black. The owners (Asian) are highly racist. I went in today to get a blazer and suit dry cleaned. She told me that because I washed the blazer she wouldn't be able iron " bubbles " out of the jacket. I said fine but I wanted it dry cleaned. She proceeded to check the items with a fine toothed comb over as if I was trying to scam them. A Jewish with crooked eyes grabbed the blazer said we don't want to be blamed for damage. I said I was not going to blame them for damage as the Asian woman already told me the issue. Honestly, I felt profiled. I can guarantee she doesn't treat her Jewish customers like that. This is not the first encounter I have had with this woman. Years ago I felt the same way when I went in to get a winter coat cleaned. I vowed to never go back. I only went today because I didn't feel like driving to Metuchen. Do not patronage this business while black. You will be profiled. I took the items to another cleaners and they said there would no problems steaming out the wrinkles. They said the jacket had no bubbles.

Alterations, quick way to make your money go bye-bye , $45.00To shorten sleeves on jacket , I should have returned the jacket to store , and found jacket to fit , $99.00 jacket now $145.00 .

Brought a dress to Classic Cleaners for an alteration. As you can see from these pictures this is the most TERRIBLE job I have ever seen, words can’t describe the poor workmanship. Is this seamstress proud of the job that they did??? And it wasn’t cheap either, this cost me $60. SHAMEFULService: Alterations

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I am unsure of the reason for the front store person rudeness and lack of customer service. Perhaps it might have been I entered the store without a the day before when dropping my clothes off? When she appeared to put hers on in a hurry. NO. Thats not it . How do I know? When I went to pick my clothes the next day, there was a man dropping off multiple shirts, no mask , and of another persuasion. The interaction observed was very different certainly more interactive and without her mask on. As I was next in line, the body language of this woman immediately changed. She barely acknowledged my presence. The rudeness was there, no greeting, she hardly looked my way, and sharply spoke to me. Now I would like to think that she was having a hard day and it not be the color of my skin. Nevertheless, I will not be using there services nor referring any of my colleagues, friends, or family to this place.

They did an amazing job on my wool coat which has not ever been dry cleaned in years. They are very nice and friendly prices are fair and affordable they do an amazing job.

Great service and very fair prices. If you come early enough in the morning they get your shirts ironed pretty fast. Highly recommend!!!

Don’t rush me out of your store after I paid for a service. I’m going to check my clothes making sure everything is how I expect it to be done. You need my $$$ more than I need your services. Rude and expensive. There’s nothing classy about classic store.

I just called them to ask for pricing on same-day dry-cleaning for a couple of suits. She told me it’s the same price as usual. Since I’ve never been there before, I asked what the price was again. She yelled at me over the phone asking what do I want. I told her a list of items I needed dry-cleaned and began to scold me on what needed to be dry-cleaned and what needed to be washed. Keep in mind that I’m not knowledgeable on the topic of dry-cleaning or even washing clothes. So I asked again and said I have 2 suit jackets, 2 suit paints, and 2 shirts she gave me a mumble of words that I couldn’t decipher and hung up. Not going to give business to people that don’t want it!

The receptionist will make you upset!!!! I wish she sees this! For no reason, she was very rude and nasty. So annoying.
Nothing specifically bad nor good in terms of the quality of cleaning Service. Every time i go there she frustrated me and my friend also had the same experiences. At first, I just tried to understand her saying to myself ..perhaps she had a bad day ... and I kept patronizing it bc it's close to my place. But not any more. No way.!! I ended up go back to the place and took my blouse and jacket back. Terrible

They did an excellent job. I had a suit and shirt that needed to be cleaned an pressed on the same day due to an interview. I dropped them off first thing in the morning and everything was ready to go by 3 pm.
Excellent quality work and they charged a fair price for same day service. Highly recommended.

I don't recognize the cleaner described in these reviews. I have been having my clothes cleaned , and some tailored at Classic Cleaners in Highland Park, for probably 15 or more years.
They always do my work very well, in a timely fashion. The same is true for tailoring of my clothes-such shortening skirts, slacks and such. They are always very courteous. The only negative, they may be a bit expensive. I have not made a systematic comparison with prices in other establishments
