I went to this location to see about switching banks since I was having a bad experience with Wells Fargo. An employee named Laura was able to help me. She was kind and took the time to explain to me my different options. I switched that day to Bank of America.

I had the pleasure of working with Laura. She was very professional and helpful. I recently had some fraud on my accounts and she showed tremendous empathy throughout the process. Thank you for being so patient and making my visit seamless. I was very upset when I first arrived but she was able to explain the process and calm me down. Huge thanks to the Highland Park team for accommodating me without an appointment and being so welcoming. I will definitely visit this center again.

Went in to request a simple bank letter, and they handed my boss his account number not even including the routing number written on card and asked him to put it on Bank of America letterhead. When I called to inquire, they lady on the phone knew nothing about what a Bank letter was.... its quite sad the lack of business knowledge people have now a days. The lady also had an attitude after I mentioned to her I called another bank to make the request and they could accommodate and knew what a bank letter was. The lack of effort and and time to take care of the client was not implemented here, and the slack was picked up by another branch. SO sad.

I waited in line just now for at least 20 minutes. One teller who was like molasses. I'm never coming to this branch again.

This branch is very nice and modern inside. Laura Gerena was extremely polite and courteous. I had such a great experience. First time inside this branch and was very happy with how Laura handled my transaction. Very professional.

I’ve experienced very different treatment here based on how nicely I was dressed. Also, the teller miscalculated my checks and didn’t apologize when I corrected her - and I almost lost $100 because of her mistake. I’ll be avoiding this branch if I can.

Love the convenience of the location! But I've been trying for 2 days to use the outdoor ATMs and each time it says that it is "not accepting deposits." Plz fix the problem @bankofamerica

I have been to worse banks. Wait times can be long, however. Most of the staff (besides tellers) can be hard to deal with at times. Large parking lot is a plus.

This location doesn’t know what customer service means. They think they are only doing a favor for you. People in the service industry don’t understand that customers are their first boss. Worst management.
