He discussed all of my car's issues with me (total for everything would've been ~$1500) and walked me through different options I had without pressuring me to make a decision quickly. I'm confident that my car was well taken care of and really owe it to him for the excellent experience I had here.”

“I was recently at J&A service center when my A/C didn't work properly. My vehicle was promptly attended to I was finished with my repair in about an hour. Which was great. However the same day my mother's vehicle had a problem with her brakes. After I called the shop he had the car towed to him. My mother was so happy with her experience. She felt comfortable at his place which for me is huge. I'm writing this review because it is rare to find a place that not only does great service but makes you feel at home. The quality of work was great and a good price compared to other places I have been. We are now customers for life.”

“Everyone at this shop is fair, kind, and doesn’t talk down to you. We’ve been bringing our cars here for about a year and they have been incredibly helpful with all of the big and small problems. “These people are very good at what they do. First of all, they are very friendly and knowledgable on cars. The Mechanic (Dennis--> I think) was able to check and told me exactly what was wrong with my car. Before, he even start working on the car, he called me and informed me about the price and the amount of time it would take for the car to be ready (which many mechanics don't do) precisely. They fixed my car which still doesn't give me the problem anymore and he notified me of other drastic future problems within an accurate period of time if I don't do certain minor things. Overall, Kam Soon auto service is one of the best shop in the area. They saved me some money from paying a high tax by having me paying by cash and my car is running really good with over 200, 000 miles on it. thank you Kam for your hard work.”

“Working with Mario Auto was a very pleasant experience from the start. Claudia was extremely helpful in navigating the entire experience from beginning to end. She helped with getting the vehicle to the shop, how to handle insurance, and even made sure i was able to get a perfect color match. I’ve personally never had to deal with a vehicle accident let alone actual body repair on a vehicle and she made it so easy. She was even available past closing time for me to come by with documents and key drop off.
The technicians that worked on my vehicle were very helpful as well and did an amazing job on the repairs. As stated they were able to perfect match the new pieces which i was very afraid of given it’s a very vibrant white car that had slight yellowing in some spots. They washed the car for me and even were able to remove some of the spots that were on my doors and skirts that i thought would never come off. The car looks as good as the day i bought it nearly 5 years ago.
Also, to the guy who tried to say this shop was dirty in the reviews, this is one of the cleanest shops I’ve ever been to, even cleaner than a lot of chain shops. 10/10 would go here again and trust them with all my future vehicle auto-body needs.”
