The price point was another pleasant surprise. The comprehensive service cost under $300, which I found to be very reasonable given the exceptional quality of work. For new customers, just be aware that their sign is easily missed so drive slowly! Next time, I might try their mobile service, where they come to you. Service: I’ve been here twice for small repairs, and the service was amazing! Both Phil and Geoff are very professional and knowledgeable! We had lots of small scratches on our car for some reason, and Geoff offered to buff them off and our car looks like new! The second time was replacement of a door handle. I came with the part I purchased from my dealer and they were able to paint and install it very quickly. I’m very thankful to have a dependable auto repair shop near me!
Price: more than reasonable. I called around and this place beats them all!
Overall: hopefully I don’t need their service again but if I do, I’ll be back!”
“Jaime and his staff at Medina's auto detail were simply amazing and honestly, true miracle workers! I thought for sure they were going to have such a hard time with my "mom" third row seater! That thing has been put through so many family road trips, sports games, competitions errands, as well as daily work and school commuting etc! With a family of 5 and 2 pets, I didn't have any hope that anyone could detail this thing well! Boy was I wrong! My car looks brand new!!!! “My car lost all brakes while traveling a site visit for work. AAA told me 2 hours. I called Blue Star and 10 minutes later they came and picked me and my car off of Route 1. The prices were more than fair and they even offered to drive me to my workplace while I waited for my car to be repaired and pick me up after. They also rotated my tires, removed a screw, and plugged it for free. After talking with the mechanic and getting pricing, I will be going back for all my future oil changes. They are a good $35 cheaper for full synthetic than I was paying at a national chain even with a coupon.”

“Working with Mario Auto was a very pleasant experience from the start. Claudia was extremely helpful in navigating the entire experience from beginning to end. She helped with getting the vehicle to the shop, how to handle insurance, and even made sure i was able to get a perfect color match. I’ve personally never had to deal with a vehicle accident let alone actual body repair on a vehicle and she made it so easy. She was even available past closing time for me to come by with documents and key drop off.
The technicians that worked on my vehicle were very helpful as well and did an amazing job on the repairs. As stated they were able to perfect match the new pieces which i was very afraid of given it’s a very vibrant white car that had slight yellowing in some spots. They washed the car for me and even were able to remove some of the spots that were on my doors and skirts that i thought would never come off. The car looks as good as the day i bought it nearly 5 years ago.
Also, to the guy who tried to say this shop was dirty in the reviews, this is one of the cleanest shops I’ve ever been to, even cleaner than a lot of chain shops. 10/10 would go here again and trust them with all my future vehicle auto-body needs.”
