“We have lived here for almost 14 years. We can not express more, how happy we are in Glenwood. Our apartment is spacious, beautiful and I adore the walk-in closet.
Whenever there has been an issue and have called maintenance they have ALWAYS responded within 15 minutes And have always made us feel as if we were top priority.
All of the maintenance staff are courteous and kind.
I give this place 5 stars, if I could it would be a ten.

Upon arriving, for my tour I was greeted by a delightful concierge, and David, along with his colleague, David provided me with thorough information and a comprehensive tour of the main clubhouse and apartment. David's knowledge about the amenities and different types of units was impressive, and he presented it all with a welcoming smile and a few jokes that made the experience enjoyable.The entire process has been smooth sailing, and David has been a pleasure to work with. “While searching for a 2-bedroom apartment, I visited Greenbrook Gardens and was impressed by the community, apartments, and staff. Unfortunately, I require an in-unit washer/dryer. Nevertheless, the staff, including Barbara, the welcoming property manager, Marilyn, the sweet and attentive front desk attendant who offered us refreshments, and Fabian, the helpful leasing agent, made our visit enjoyable. Fabian went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, but, regrettably, we couldn't find a suitable unit. Despite this, I will gladly recommend Greenbrook Gardens to others!!!”
“Extremely well maintained building and facilities, always clean. Staff members are always friendly and willing to help residents. Licy was amazing and went out of her way to go above and beyond. Highly recommend!!”

“Spacious apartments with basement storage. I visit a friend there fairly often but still get confused by the signage. Nice location, we go for lovely bike rides in the neighborhood but it's also close to a lot of shopping and many restaurants. Everyone there seems friendly and I hear that the maintenance and other staff are very good.”
“I lived at Douglas Gardens for almost 10 years. The apts are nice and spacious, and the building and landscaping are always clean. However, the real credit goes to the office manager, Emilia. From the day I applied for the apartment until the day I moved out, Emilia was extremely helpful and professional. She genuinely cares about her tenants and always made sure that any issues were promptly resolved. She consistently went above and beyond. I’m not sure how she manages to oversee so many apartments, but she is amazing at her job !”

“We moved in the mid of February and our move-in and maintenance experience has been phenomenal. Tashina and Anthony in the leasing office and Carmen in the maintenance office are the ones who managed everything properly. The apartment is very spacious for my family and is renovated beautifully. I would highly recommend this complex as a starter home.”
“By far one of The best maintenance staff I’ve ever met , Very friendly and welcoming . I’ve lived in two other complex developments and always had problems with response times and things getting fixed. I can say that whenever I put in a ticket for my apartment the response time is within the same day or the next . Even outside making sure the property is clean and kept up .”

reviews and I'm happy to say that isn't my experience. We have plenty of parking, neighbors are quiet and respectful of each other. My personal experience with maintenance has been great. My hot water heater broke late on Saturday night I called the emergency # and they had a new one installed on Sunday morning by 8:30. Sandy who coordinates maintenance has been wonderful”
