Frequently get wrong mail which means mine is getting delivered to others. Made several complaint but it doesn't change.

A temporary guest to be switched their mail from another state to MY address; they were receiving email notifications of EVERYTHING that was being delivered to my house. That is a violation of my privacy. AND me, the homeowner should be contacted before people can use my address. ALSO now that person is linked to my address which is going to cause problems with my car insurance.

My complaint is not with the Annandale location specifically, it just originated there, but the entire postal service. I shipped from Annandale, a large box with Christmas presents to Alpharetta, GA and when the package arrived, 2 days late, the packing tape was ripped off and the box open. The presents were unwrapped and one of them missing. I honestly believe someone was Christmas shopping in my package. It is a federal crime to tamper with mail and when I filed a complaint with the postal service, I received no response. I'm sure nothing will come of my complaint, but beware, there are thieves working for the postal service. I will only mail letters through the post office, packages will be shipped with UPS or FEDEX.
