The owners are friendly and helpful. It's a nice, well-lighted place, and they have an excellent selection of wines and beers, thoughtfully curated. I would add that it's very conveniently attached to the supermarket, so you really can have no-hassle one-stop shopping. All is good.

My boyfriend and I were looking at the deli made vodka chicken Parm 1 lb. honestly it looked terrible, so we picked it up n put it back..the bald guy behind the deli counter came up and asked if we had any questions about the food. We expressed our concern about the aforementioned food and he said and I quote, "this food is delicious, I make it as if I were making it for myself" then he complimented himself again and said the food, I guarantee is delicious. I have been throwing up for about 20 min. It tasted like a kid mixed a can of tomato sauce, a chicken patties, and American cheese slices, microwaved it and called it chicken Parm vodka. I am so pissed at this guy that honestly believes he can cook. Or whatever you call that pile of shit. He literally talked me into buying this crap saying how delicious it was. I don't even know what to say at this point. I puked my guts out. DO NOT BUY FOOD FROM THE DELI AT HIGHLAND'S MARKET. FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!!

We recently went to this market, despite warnings from someone about the lack of freshness of the produce.We purchased a watermelon with a perfectly / strategically placed sticker over an incredibly disgusting hole of rotting and black mold.We are very disappointed and I guess we should have heeded the warning.

I love this store. Neat clean, well organized. People are friendly and greet you when you pass them. Found items I could not find at the local Shop Rite. Pleasant relaxing shopping experience. My new go to. Don't know why this review says I'm from California. I'm not

Very happy that there's a new place to shop in town. Recently visited for the first time and I'll definitely be back. Love the few specialty items I found here that I haven't been able to find at my local stop n shop and their meat section was better as well (more options). I also liked that I was able to find a few ethnic items here and the fact that they sell fresh sushi that actually looked good (will try out on my next visit). A few bonuses include the pharmacy and liquor store attached to the store. For me, it's a great addition to the town and I'll definitely be doing some more shopping here in the future.
