Don’t go here with any packages that are pre-Paid with a different origination zip code on it . The manager will get very mad , sarcastic and disrespectful, she will tell you how they aren’t paid to ship packages that don’t originate from their town . It shouldn’t matter where the origination is if it’s pre-paid , your job is to ship packages . My zip code is different considering I live a couple blocks away . I’ve brought Pre-Paid , packaged and weighed ready to go box’s here that are already labeled . All they have to do is scan them and give me a receipt without an attitude problem . I will never step foot into this facility again after the way I was talked to and treated by the manager .

I am so thankful for Kathy Felton at the Helmetta post office. The whole staff was super nice but Kathy was truly the best. I had a problem with transferring documents and had a very bad experience with a post office in Sayreville that I was not getting any help resolving until I met Kathy at the helmetta post office. Kathy was very Knowledgeable and straightened out the problem I had in Sayreville. She went above and beyond for me, was super nice and really took the time to explain everything that was going on to me and how to take care of the problem. It is very rare to come across a person and business that are so caring and helpful they are the best and Kathy is a great person.

I had to renew my passport and Lisa was amazing so kind and helpful and was in and out in less than 25 mins . I found my new post office. 5 star treatment

The younger lady was so sweet and helpful but the old blonde lady was so rude. She was super sarcastic and spoke to me in a very rude tone.

I was really shocked with all the positive reviews online! Really bad service! I had to mail a package, and they would not give us a label, because they don't have any labels at all! What? All post offices should carry labels. I walked out and went to East Brunswick PO where they gladly gave a label for my package! Wow, horrible experience!
