I went in for a simple price adjustment when I had the receipt, label to the product, walgreens card, and coupon and the woman immediately shoved me off and wouldn't help me at all because despite telling her I had all of this, she still decided I didn't have any of it and got nasty with me for tying to do a return without any information. I went to 36 in Port Monmouth and they were AMAZING and helped me no problem

Things definitely need to be tightened up in the pharmacy department here. Customer service is definitely lacking. I am sure it requires a lot of patience to be an employee here however they often seem understaffed and give out the wrong information.

they do not notify you when medicine is ready to be picked up. i called at 10am to refill my prescription. They respond with you'll get a text. Call again at 2:45 still tell me it is not ready. Call again at 5 and finally tells me it's ready. I tell the women there's something wrong with the system because I never get the text. And she respond with it's here to be picked up. How would I have known that? Im suppose to call every hour? Very rude women.

I’ve used this pharmacy for YEARS ..so I am beyond disappointed at how much they have went downhill ! The techs do not listen , I’ve been dismissed numerous times over insurance issues, and have been lied to ! They refuse to split bill my medications and tell me the insurance does not cover it when CVS has NO ISSUES in doing it ! And the attitude is unreal . And I am a retail pharmacy tech myselfTransfer your prescriptions !

They have you go online to set up an appointment. Also you can do the paperwork on line Then you go to the pharmacy on time and still have to wait in line.. poor customer service. If the don't have enough staff the should close the drive thru. Terrible experience. 2 store within 1 mile of each other and but are crap

Terrible staff, very rude. They don't fill your prescription unless you call and complain. Had to speak with the store manager after 6 hours of waiting. Has happened several times.

Always polite, and prompt, they fill my scripts before I get there, call me when I forget to pick it up, and are kind even when I’m having a bad day.

First of all they deserve ZERO STARS. This Walgreens pharmacy is THE WORST. In the past two weeks, I have had issues with prescriptions being sent from the doctor. The most recent issue dealt with the prescription not being detailed enough. I go the following day meaning I have them 24 hours to fill it and they told me it just printed out. And there is an issue with eye drop amount. Are you kidding me? I don't believe them for a second. Why not call the doctor and ask for more information. I don't understand. The previous time, My doctor sent over a prescription that I needed relatively fast because my throat was extremely inflamed. I went in about 15 minutes after my doctor sent the prescription electronically. The tech told me they never received it. And it takes time? Really? Again, don't believe that for a second because every other time when the same doctor sends a script electronically, it is immediate. She tells me to check back in a half hour. I wait almost an hour and still nothing. By that time the Doctor's office is closed and I can't get in touch with them. Again, I have to wait the following day to start my medication because of the staff and their unwillingness to help. Unfortunately for me the are convenient to my house, but I would rather travel to a completely different pharmacy to get them instead of being deceived and lied to.
