My daughter cracked her screen on her iPhone 14 and then the screen went black We were in a pinch as she was going back to school the next day and all I can say is the people at the Verizon store in Hazlet were absolutely phenomenal Thank you to both Rashi as well as the manager Chris, as we were able to get a great deal on a new iPhone 15 and have a ready to go back to school with new phone

Came here the other week to help my mother get a new phone. Giovanni was great to deal with. Super helpful and patient with my mom who had a lot of questions and is not very cell phone savvy. Great experience.

They are absolutely useless. Do not pay cash and lose your receipt because you are screwed. They can't set your phone up right and then when you complain, they do not fix it. Go elsewhere

This branch is very under staffed ! I was waiting for almost 1 hour and 20 minutes just to activate my phones !! Finally I was helped by a young lady who was almost the only one who was working very hard. Somebody has to take a close look the way this branch is operating and managed.

Employees are not willing to help. Made an appointment to open a new plan and order a new phone. They tell me I need to do this on the phone. Why can't they do it? I went there to make it simple and get it done efficiently and correctly and not have to hassle with the robot on the phone. They refused to help in person. What is the point of having a store then? Waste of my evening and will be a waste of my morning tomorrow when trying to communicate with a robot

I went into this store Hazlet Verizon on Rt 35 this morning. there was no one waiting and 2 young men behind desk. the one asked me if he could help me when I told him what I needed which was a new plan and a phone he asked the young man next to him if he wanted to help me his answer was "not really". after taking my phone number he never said another word until he printed out a quote. I truly have never been treated so rudely by person that is supposed to help NEVER again will I go in that store.

the workers are rude and super disrespectful. I walked in for assistance and the one older gentleman was short with me. I was then immediately dismissed. I called 611 as they told me to do and go back into the store. The initial guy left so I approached another man. I explained to him I contacted 611 as the store told me too and they want to speak with someone here. As he's talking to me, he got up and walked away to greet customers who just set foot in the store. If I could i would give this particular store -100 star review. I bet T-Mobile would at least pretend to care about their jobs.

Lazy and stupid staff will only rip you off. Do NOT waste your time here. Verizon should be ashamed of themselves but hey, they seem to like treating their customers like garbage.

I went into this store at 6:15 to buy a Pixel 6 Pro. The woman with login tablet walked right past me. I walked up to her and she said, rather annoyed "What do you want?'. I said "I want to buy a phone". She said "We close at 7 and we dont have time to do the transfer", then walked off without even taking my name. She went to talk to another customer. As I drove away I saw her taking the name of another customer who came in after me. I wont waste me time there again.

Complete waste of time. Came here for a new SIM card, was told the wait time is 20-30 minutes. Waited for 1hr 20 minutes instead, after flagging down someone working the front to please help. A guy that followed in right behind us was told a wait time of 1hr 15 minutes. I would've appreciate an honest wait time. I understand it can be stressful when it's busy, I notice some staff could be trained better on their tone with customers and not raise their voices or speak rudely. The whole SIM card exchange was about 5 minutes. I recommend going online ahead of time and taking care of it there. Employees walking out an hour before the store closes with the store full of unseen customers? Seems inappropriate. We weren't even given a single update for the whole time we were there, felt completely invisible. If you want any sort of update or communication while waiting, you'd have to be pretty aggressive and interrupt the staff for one. The sign up front says frequent sanitization. I didn't see a single act of cleaning between customers. Bottom line: poor communication, poor sense of urgency, no apparent oversight by a leader, unpractical business system I would never come back here, I don't recommend this place.

Stay away. I dealt with Jessica, she should arrested for fraud. Bait and switch. I've been on hold with phone customer service to get my old plan back. She told me I was getting new phones and devices. She's a scam artist. My bill was going to double form $245 to nearly $500 monthly. She said it was only going up $40. She's a liar. I've been a Verizon customer for 25 years and have never felt so cheated.

If I could do negative stars I would. The customer service was awful! I waited on line and then was paired with "Raad" I told him that I wanted to buy the 12 Pro Max. He walked me over to the display and left me when the next customer walked in. He proceeded to put a screen saver on her phone without even acknowledging me that it would be just a minute. He fixed her issue and then when I thought he was going to come back to help me 2 more people walked in who he proceeded to help. It was beyond rude and we left and drove to another location to purchase the 12 Pro Max. You can bet we will never go back to the Hazlet location and be sure to tell our friends and family. Nice job Raad...NOT.

I went to this store today to try to resolve a couple of problems I was having with my iPhone and account. The man who was assigned to help me told me that he couldn't help (he didn't even try to), and handed me a photo copy of various instructions to try myself. He also gave me the number for Apple and told me to call them. I bought the phone in this store one year ago. If I have to deal with this myself, they should not sell Apple products.
