Personally have always had a good experience here. Usually don’t wait longer then 20 mins (and it’s been very rare that I wait that long) and both attendants are very polite. They actively go out of their way to suggest the best way to ship something and help you out. Also, they always got bops playing in the background.

Absolutely horrifying. An employee by the name of “Jay Rodriguez” screamed and yelled at me upon walking in with my SERVICE DOG whom is legally allowed at any establishment providing he is a SERVICE ANIMAL. Screamed at me and told me to “get out of there with that dog”. Not only is this totally illegal but it’s discrimination as well. I’ll be following up with a formal complaint, people should not have to be treated this way. Disgusting.

This post office is awful. 1 person working on a Saturday during the holidays. My mail carrier is awesome and amazing this review does not reflect that portion the delivery is 5 stars. The physical post office should be ashamed, and it reflects upon poor managment.Hazlet high taxes for garbage schools and a God awful post office.I've been to many post offices this one is a hard pass. You want anxiety and stress level to go up come here to drop off mail and spend the next 30 minutes waiting in line in a 5x5 space. This wasn't my first time it's awful everytime I usually go to Keyport rather drive an extra 5 minutes for proper service.

I’m in and out in 5 minutes or less. The staff is helpful and accommodating.People who post negative comments about the staff are just negative and nasty in their day to day lives I bet. They should try practicing what they preach and BE POLITE.

C. Thomas and Elliot were extremely patient in helping us with a bulk mail delivery during rush on a Friday afternoon quick, efficient, polite and we were beyond happy with hazlet location.
