This UPS store is over the top! I can trust these workers to mail my packages with edficiency. Whenever I go here, I am always greeted with a friendly smile and everything I need is handled with care. Thank you UPS Hazlet!

People are nice but twice, both with shipping label in hand, there was a charge of $2 to seal the box. UPS store 5 minutes or so south of this location has never charged me.

Worst customer service ever and snarky comments. I get it some people just don’t belong in customer service (bold middle age man with eye glasses at this store should defined rethink his “career” choice), but I have had a poor customer service experience at every UPS store I have used; there is a culture issue at UPS and it’s absolutely disgraceful disrespectful and at every store. You are there to mail things lol why do you work in customer service if you cannot respond with candor and respect? You are the one who started with snarky comments my upset is absolutely granted. Just because you reply politely here in a public forum does not erase your poor attitude at the store. Disgraceful you should truly rethink working with customers; the issue is how you treat people.

The UPS store on route 35 south in Hazlet is a phenomenal place for your delivery needs as well as any type of paper services. You may need for example shredding. I highly recommend this place. The man in charge today went above any type of customer service that I’ve seen in a long time. He was kind and respectful. Very professional.

Jayda went out of her way to help me I was so nervous shipping this large box and the cost The employee who assisted me, Jayda, was extremely helpful and supportive she guided me thru ever step and calmed my nervous cause I was so nervous because the package cost so much I was shaking and she really helped without judgement . Awesome employee deserves a raise she went clearly above and beyond her responsibility. Thank you Jayda that I was shaking she guided me without judgement she was completely respectful responsible and courteous. She made my day thank you so much 😊

I have been to your store in Hazlet, NJ several times. I am always greeted with smiles and a friendly Hello. Juanita, Jada and Zoe are so pleasant and kind. You should be so proud of them and the outstanding customer service they provide at your UPS store.

I had the most wonderful experience. There were two woman who were very nice and more than helpful I believe Juanita and Jada are their names. I will be visiting that UPS STORE when I need shipping done again.
I almost forgot, I was having a problem and the staff went out of their way to assist me.

The women on site at this location are very helpful, one of the younger girls went above and beyond to help me. I can’t say that about the manger tho his customer service skills are not up to par.

I can't say enough about the outstanding service at this UPS Store! The team here is incredibly friendly and always willing to go the extra mile, even when I showed up with over 400 packages. Yes, you read that right, over 400 packages! I arrived less than an hour before their scheduled pickup time, and they didn't hesitate to assist me. They even offered to help bring in some of the packages. Their dedication, positive attitude, and exceptional customer service make this store a standout. I highly recommend choosing this UPS Store for all your shipping needs. Great people, great store, and fantastic energy!
