Hi, I’m a customer for a long time. I don’t like that fast that they overpricing stuff. Whoever is pricing and put in ties on these toys and on these merchandises they’re over pricing the stuff they’re supposed to be for people could afford merchandises and the store that’s why we go to the store, somebody check who’s overpricing the merchandises ya get it as donation and they doing almost store prices? Not fare for customers

The staff here is SO sweet and I love how organized the store has always been. Favorite Goodwill to go to for sure.

If I could give this store a 0 If icould, the worse cashier's and customer service. I went there to purchase a sofa unbeknownst to me the cashier had taken the tag and put it at her register. What happened to customers first ??? Whenever they become busy the cashier's become hasty and confused,they then blame the customers. I say stay home if you can't handle the fast pace. And they have one manager I believe her name is Robin, she is super nasty, mean and unprofessional. They need to hire a whole new staff that are more polite and caring, with better customer service. They seem to cater to a certain group of people.

Every week a group of people come to the goodwill and call there relatives and have them cut in front of other people in line and the manager was informed about this 2 weeks ago and nothing was done about this today he let a woman her daughter and 3 children cut in front of people in line and someone in line called the police because this is unfair people should not be able to come and cut in line in front of people that we’re patiently waiting and the manager was nasty and unprofessional this is a terrible store

This store used to be very good however over the last 6 months has increasingly gotten worse.
Despite the signs and advertisements of lowering prices, this location has not followed through.
Save you time and go to the other locations in the area and you will see a sizable difference and substantially LOWER pricing in other areas.
Basic Polo Ralph Lauren shirts and button downs for $9.99 where elsewhere they're $5.99. And other locations are in their market and close by.
High price tags on "premium" brands that can be bought cheaper on EBay.
Even on Half Off colors it is more than the other stores as the low prices at sister stores would be half off as well (being in the same market).
Until they come back to reality and get in line with sister stores in the zone I will skip and suggest you do as well.

Not like before, since it’s just came from donations…
Prices are cheap and affordable.
But now, seems like you’re buying goods from an expensive store like Marshalls, some antique stores.. ?

It's the ebay store. Not a fun experience. No wonder why this place has negative reviews. Prices are high. Scalpers running around with their phones on ebay. Some other goodwills are better than this one. Toys r us should've stayed put.

I feel so sorry for those boys in the donation area. They need to find new jobs. I came after my garage sale I literally watched people dump enormous piles of stuff and some manager shouted at them like they caused the mess They were the nicest boys. I can tell the managers don't care for their staff. Thats not how you treat your workers
Never coming here again. Avoid like the plague

Store has gone down hill. The staff is really rude. They actually yell at customers. You can't shop because they have the lines going down the rows for check out. Used to be a pleasant experience. They have also raised there prices.

I mostly go here for $1 Sundays; can be hectic with a lot of inconsiderate people but once you get past that, you can score some decent pieces at bargain prices. Lines will be long and stretching into aisles. Wish there was more organization. I have never had an issue with the staff. They have always been quite kind in my experience. Goodwill pricing, across the board, is an issue. From here to Florida and beyond most Goodwills are overpriced.This store is no exception. Hence why I only frequent Goodwill on sale days.

They need to fix there prices. $24 for a cooler is ridiculous. Opened it and it was so dirty. Could have gotten one for new for a better price. Really hope the manager of this store sees this.

I have visited this store multiple times of course any store you go to there’s always usually a wait for check out. I love housewares that’s why I go. I think the prices are OK. The store is nice. I would visit again.
