The sign of a great customer service is when a company treats all customers equally. I recently had an issue with my phone system at work. I reached out to TCSI and got a response within minutes. Within a few hours someone was at the office evaluating the issue. They did a thorough diagnostic evaluation and helped me resolve the issue very quickly. They are very reasonable in pricing and extremely knowledgeable and responsive.

We have used Todd MIchaels firm, TCSI of NJ, to assist with one of our clients and their communication investments. Todd is the man to ask for when you're looking for IP telephone solutions. They may not be the cheapest but they RIO is worth the money. Our old company took days to reply and they could never get our parts. Todd took care of us right away.
