I had Jessica Dong, she was very efficient and also very timely; I was in and out in about 40 minutes, so that was great. My only issue lies with H&R Block, not the tax specialist - the prices are very high. $200+ dollars, that I’m never told about up front like they claim, all when I could do it for free using turbo tax. Next year that is what I’ll be doing.

Took my elderly friend here to do her taxes. She had an 11 appointment and they made her wait an hour. She was very clear while on the phone that she had to be seen on time as she is depending on a ride.
