This office is always so welcoming and kind! They answer all my inquiries with amazing patience, and it doesn’t make me feel “dumb” for asking. They’re very detailed and provide great explanations to my concerns.

Dr. Greenfield and her staff are absolutely phenomenal! From the minute you walk in you’re treated like family and you get a thorough exam as well as a complete explanation of everything that is happening. My children always look forward to their annual visit there too! They are very kind and patient with them and they explain everything that is going on in a way that is appropriate and comforting for them. Highly recommend Crystal Eyecare! I’d give 10 stars if I could! ?

Really great eye doctor and everyone who works here is wonderful. Picking out glasses isn’t always easy, they helped me find colors and a shape that fit best on me. I’ve been wearing glasses for over 15 years and this was the first place that did that for me. Also, the optometrist educated me on each part of the exam which was great. Really happy with my experience here and for finding this place.

I love going to Crystal Eyecare! All the staff is super friendly and they always go above and beyond answering all my many questions. They feel like family. My family and I have been going there for years. We will continue to do so!

As a new patient it all started out by requiring a credit card on file in case we missed an appointment. Also, I had to be told about their “policies” (in gross detail) which were just a further explanation about what they would charge for a missed appointment. If I didn’t leave a card, I could call and try for a cancellation. Really not a nice feeling being a new patient and treated like a deadbeat who would make an appointment and not show up! But I went ahead as the practice was recommended to me. Went for the appointment which I had scheduled as an “eyeglass refraction” appointment. When I went to checkout they attempted to charge for a “contact refraction” which was more than $100 more out of pocket with insurance. I merely mentioned my son may want to try them in the future and asked if he was a candidate for them. The Dr needed to research what kinds she could offer. I agreed to revisit that. I questioned why I was being charged the “contact” rate and after asking the Dr they changed it. Meanwhile I was there and heard Dr and front desk outside of exam room discussing previous patient and the details of insurance billing. I got the impression this office is very concerned about $ and charges, not patient care! My suspicion was further proven a few weeks later when I inquired about an emergency appointment to see if my son’s eye was scratched and they wouldn’t squeeze him in. But made sure to say to “send us the records” after I went somewhere else! Um no need for that, we won’t return! Glad I dodged the bullet. I’m not purchasing 4 pairs of glasses for my kids that I had planned to. I will 100% be going elsewhere.

From the first phone call to make the appointment this was the most pleasant visit to a doctors office ever. Alyssa I will call her the Director of Operations she was fantastic with making me an accommodating appointment and answer all my questions over the phone. Then it was a pleasure meeting her in person and chatting while she performed all of my preliminary testing again with care and knowledgeable answers and explanations. While waiting for Dr Greenfield I met her husband Al who is also one of the most knowledgeable people I have met he answered all my questions about glasses and made some great recommendations for my new pair of glasses along with showing me the 3DNA equipment he specializes in. On to the star of the show Dr Greenfield who my family and I will probably follow anywhere in this state. She took such great care of my eyes and explaining everything every step of the way. With her behind the helm of her state of the art facility she is a force to be reckoned with in the eye business. You want to have a place you can go and feel confident with every member of staff look no further. They are one in a million. Keep up the great work and I look forward to the next visit.

I cannot recommend Crystal Eyecare enough! I found this location a few years ago when I moved to the area and I am so glad that I did. Dr. Greenfield has not only taken the time to get to know me, but has gone above and beyond answering all of my questions and helping me to be proactive about my eye health by looking into additional testing for me based on observations she made during my exams. All of the staff at this location are so friendly and you can tell they enjoy their jobs! One of the best experiences I've had going to any type of health-related appointment.

HAZLET: Brie loves the friendly staff at Crystal Eyecare!Friendly, leashed dogs are allowed (with prior notice) and there is a full time optometrist and optician on-site for your eye check-up and glasses/contacts.There is new technology available called bespoke eyewear which allows you to design your own frame! Super cool and unique!A pleasant and clean office with a thorough and cordial examination makes this a great place to take care of your eyes.

Dr. Greenfield is amazing with kids, and you can tell she loves her job and wants to take care of each patient. Al has a great selection of glasses, and even the ability to work with you to customize glasses if you have special needs! Overall great eye doctor, highly recommend!
