not good.. went for the second time after the change- 16 bucks used to get a slow moving wash that got your rims super clean and your wheels and car spotless. Now for 5 bucks more, you get a very quick wash, that needed for me to redo my rims and tires- barely any tire treatment. Dont waste your money

Was good until recent upgrades. Looks more fancy now but performs worst. Issue is the new system that Cleans the wheels. I have the membership for Works and the new wheel cleaning systems all kinds of marks on the wheels, these are from the brushes applying the polish to the tires. They rub against the rims. I have complained but they tell me there is nothing they can or are willing to do about it. They suggested I drop my membership to a lower tier so my wheels don’t get cleaned. Or I can tell them every time not to clean the wheels, either is not the ideal solution. So 1 star for upgrading to a worst system and not caring about the issue. - I appreciate the response below. But the brushes that apply polish to the tires are rubbing agains the rims and putting black marks on the rims, I to spend time cleaning them when I get back from the wash. I am sure this is something that can be address. Most folks are not looking at their wheels after the wash.

Black scuff on the top right rear of my vehicle after I went thru this wash. Won't rub/wash off, now I'll have to buff this out.

Awesome place to get a hands free exterior wash. I think it's David who works check in, so professional and nice! Your company sent me a free wash I accidentally activated and lost but he hooked me up with the best wash!
What an asset to have him work with your company because I will always do the best wash now! Thanks

New to the area, stopped by and was greeted by Eddie (spelling?) who was very helpful! He was knowledgeable about service offerings, packages and especially how the vacuum system works (intimidated me a little because they look futuristic and complicated and quickly tried it, just grab a hose that’s posted on both sides of the car and it’s already running and ready to go! NOT like the run of the mill neglected gas station ones) - and they’re complimentary for customers!
Also wanted to make special note to owners/management regarding how impressed I was with Eddie’s professionalism, kindness, thorough explanations, circled back to be sure I didn’t have any questions, and gave his recommendation. As soon as I’m done moving I cannot wait to come back. Who gets excited about washing a car? This place makes that easy.
