This Burlington location was very well organized compared to others in the area. Clothing articles were where they belonged. There was adequate cashiers to service clients and a security guard at the entrance.
More than adequate free parking.

A near-perfect clean store. Good choices for men's/women's, housewares, shoes, etc... However, they could do better for the children's section-it's slim pickings.

So I was in Burlington today and I only shop here for the good deals however there was a women at the register taking a very long time I seen 3 employees behind the cashier and I asked if there could be another person open to help with the line seeing as how it was not moving the manager whom I believe is named Kim proceeded to tell me that one girl is not trained on register the other one is on break and she would not be ringing anyone up because she is the manager so I guess it was to beneath her to help expedite the line : she was very rude in not wanting to help also her attitude towards the customers the only reason I am graciously giving this store 2 stars is for the prices and savings . I have never seen a more arrogant rude manager of a store who thinks they are too good to help customers especially ones coming in with little kids .

My mom bought a pair of pants for me a few weeks ago and I had only worn them once. The material frayed after one use. She still had the receipt and wanted to return them due to poor quality material. When she went to return them, security personnel and the employees were very rude. They even claimed she did not buy the pants there and went as far as accusing her of stealing. The customer service staff was unprofessional and extremely nasty to my mother. I would not recommend shopping here.

I was struggling to lift the 10 pillows that I needed for my children, but then a nice young associate named Aneeq Alam came, like a knight in shining armor, to my rescue. He effortlessly lifted all 10 at the same time—I could tell he was making use of the planet fitness next door! He was unyieldingly kind and helpful, and is honestly the sole reason I will be coming back to this location. Good job to this upstanding young man!

Great store! They added security as soon as you enter the store which is great but I don't like the fact that they lock their bathrooms and you would have to look for a worker to open the door for you. Also, they need more cashiers. I tend to wait a while on line because there would sometimes be only one cashier opened.

Went to the Burlington coat factory in Hazlet last night. I have been shopping on and off at the store for over 50 years. My parents used to bring us to the original location in Burlington in the 60s anyway desperately had to go to the bathroom while shopping with my granddaughter last night followed the signs for the restroom got there. The restroom doors were locked. You had to put some kind of code in there to go in had to walk all the way up to the front find an employee and had to go all the way back to the bathrooms with the employee who had to open the door with the secret code Thank God I didn’t lose it. If you know what I mean went back to shopping spent over $259 in that store last night went through the interior doors with the cart made it 1 foot into the lobby and my cart locks !! I couldn’t even push the cord out. I had three bags full of clothes. I couldn’t even push the car out of the front doors to my car I will never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever again. Shop at a Burlington for the rest of my life you have lost a lifetime Customer so sad.!!!!!

I love this store! They are changing things around, but that doesn't bother me, as long as they still have the same quality products, as well as the same products and aren't super hard to find. This store is on my top 5 favorite stores to shop in for anything and everything. They have high-end, name brand fashion for less than half the price!!!! And none of the products are damaged or used at all

My 70 year old mom had to use the restroom. Restrooms are locked so she asked a cashier for help. Cashier told her she couldn't leave the register so my mom had to leave the store to go to a different store for a bathroom. Cashier proceeded to look around and laugh when my mom walked away. Will never go back to this store again.

I usually find something I am looking for when I come here. The only problem I have shopping here is the checkout process. I seem to spend a pretty long time waiting to get checked out. I do not live far from this location but it is quicker to travel to Marshalls or Kohls to shop there if there are several people in the store.

Went inside to find not a single coat on the rack. But, the store was clean and plenty of parking.
