Rude and unapologetic, Took a suit To be tailored, Did not like the way the coat came out still baggy/ unfitted, & lady was pretty much was like Oh well, I will have to pay to Get it redone, NOT! never again!

Very rude owner (lady) I just moved to the area and was looking for new cleaners. I was standing there for five minutes and lady just stared at me and didn’t approach until I said Hello, can you help me? Her total demeanor is awful! And when I picked up my cleaning, she yanked the ticket out of my hand! Ugh so awful. We started arguing abt her service and she told to me to shhh! I don’t care if it’s a language barrier, I know many whom don’t speak English well and never have been treated like this! How are they still around??!!!

Sitting outside 7:10 am they're supposed to be open at 7. My wife has a meeting needed a jacket serviced they were closed for a week and can't be on time the first day back? I see why they got 2 and a half stars. Last time I'll do business here!

Woman behind the counter is beyond rude!!! She had zero comprehension that her customers are her income. After a year of dealing with her attitude today was the final straw! She literally yelled at me that my clothes are "hard" & told me my jacket took her guy an hour to steam. (Lady... That's why I am PAYING YOU to steam it. You pick the prices I do not complain about the price of anything & I'm a biweekly customer) I gladly replied "I'm sorry my clothes are hard I will never bring them back again then!" :)

This lady is a horrible person. Very nasty. I was driving on 35 & was involved in a hit & run so I pulled into her lot to check my car & she ran out screaming to me to move my car that she is calling the cops . She wouldn't even give me a chance to explain myself. I wouldn't go to this cleaners if it was the only one open. A very rude person I wasn't even there 2 minutes. I can see why her reviews are so horrible. I gave her 1 star because I had to . She doesn't deserve any stars.

This person was extremely rude to me I asked to have a santa suit cleaned and she gave me such a hard time. She said that the suit was dirty I said obviously that's why I brought it here to be cleaned and she said no I no do this take it somewhere else They are the rudest people I have ever met do not go here it's not worth the money

Asked for cuffs and didn't get them went back to have them cuffed but was then going to be charged again for the job they were supposed to do . Owner was rude and belligerent to me to fix the issue would have taken them 10 minutes to fix. .Do not use this business they are horrendous .Service: Alterations

Extremely rude salesperson. No posted prices and when I asked the price she refused to tell me! In my opinion that either means they are overpriced or they have a sliding scale based on how you are dressed and the type car you drove up in. This should be a red flag people!!!
