this place is amazing,their item selection is at good value compare to other retailers and there floor people are charismatic helpful and full of kindness not to mention they greed you with the biggest smile .

PROS: This place was a children's clothing discount store wonderland. Much bigger inside with discounts you couldn't believe for a children's clothing store. The staff is also nice and the prices are right. Loads of parking too CONS: They have toys, however, they were not discounted like the clothing OVERALL: If you're looking for new clothes on a fixed budget this is the place to go to. Just not for toys

Selection has improved and they have a lot of school uniforms. The quality is good and some items are the same as found in Kohls and some of the other big name stores but the prices are lower here. Good place to find reasonable jackets, jeans, sweat suits and pajamas. Also have fruit of the loom and Hanes underwear. Toys, body wash/soap, lotion, jewelry and hair accessories are also available and during the Halloween season they have costumes. Shoes are available too (not Nikes or anything…basics, slippers, uniform shoes). They have brands like US Polo and Phat Farm if you are still into that.

I had a great experience with KidCity. I ordered a ton of new pajamas for my 3 boys plus a few other things. To my surprise the quality of most of the items were above par. They refunded me for 2 items that were out of stock as well as refunded me for the 9$ shipping I paid to have them shipped in 2 days because it wasn't on time. The customer service definitely fulfilled my expectations. Thank you KidCity, my boys love their new jams!!

Can't beat these prices. You get what you pay for with some pieces that shrink, are sized wrong, or fall apart. But for the most part, you can't go wrong.

To begin with they close early when they feel like it ! They are rude, follow you around (very weird like are you going to offer me a cart or just stare), and have attitudes for no reason! Don’t recommend!

Extremely rude , bad customer service , people at the cashier were making snarky comments.. in front of me. I was on the phone telling my mom to send me money to pay and it said Apple Pay in which I assume that they had it at that specific register.. by that point it was 7:30 and I understand you were closing but the lady saying “ oh I guess we’re not leaving early “ was very unprofessional coming from someone who’s also worked retail … I was not rude whatsoever nor did I react when it happened but assume as I walk out I realized they should not be treating customers like that … and i want to inform management… if they are unhappy with their jobs or have something personal going on at home .. it is not right to take out on the customer or be rude .. again like I mentions I’ve worked in retail since I was 16 and they should know better.
