Update: not much has changed. I go based on where I am working. In town there is also GPS/General Plumbing Supply and USG/Universal Supply Group. The difference between them and Henry’s ? The two address you, and ask what they can help you with. Henry’s everyone looks away, and you look like a lost dog, looking for help…luckily I’ve had one staff member that did care past 2 times. On my past three visits, one issue stuck out the most. One says they can help me with a part, the other says, we don’t do that = lazy staff. I still hate going here. I’d prefer online order/kiosk then deal with 99% of staff. ?? go elsewhere if you’re not in a rush/deadline.
I don't enjoy going to here. Prices are slightly cheaper than home depot/lowes or amazon. Why the two stars with better prices? The staff. An example, at the counter there are multiple sales staff, and no one asks if you need help. You walk up and ask if they are free. Next, unless you know short part names/plumber terms, forget it! They give an attitude and just say NO versus trying to give you find a compatible part/different brand. Show a picture on your phone of the part with sizes and specs, don't bother.
I'd come here for all my plumbing/HVAC needs.....if their staff learned about customer service..to everyone, not just plumbers. It is crazy is when a local plumber walks in and are super nice to them, not me or the other non-plumber. Maybe their staff can learn to treat every one that way. I go to electrical supply house in town, they are extremely nice and helpful, and that is why I buy all my electrical needs there.
Maybe Henry's can make an online store, where I can order online and just pick up my order so I don't have to deal with the attitude. In the end, would I suggest this place to a friend? Absolutely not. I'd take a kiosk over their staff.

Be careful what you purchase there they sold me a 10 year old toilet … Never in my 71 years ever came across such horrific business practices…. Poor customer service. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere…

We purchased rather high end bathroom faucets from Henry's when we built our home almost twenty years ago. In recent months the hot water valves began to leak a bit around their bases. Our plumber felt that the best course of action was to replace all four of our faucets with new ones. His feeling was that the high mineral count in our local water would just make the matter worse. We went to Henry's with the intent to purchase all four faucet units. The price approached $3000 for quality faucets. When one of their plumbing sales people heard our story, he suggested just replacing the hot water cartridge and demonstrated the ease of doing so. He suggested we call the plumber back or get a new plumber who should simply replace the hot water cartridges. We contacted our plumber and asked that he try the replacement cartridges first in hopes that it will do the trick. He agreed to do so but felt that the heavy mineral content me have caused the connecting surfaces to become rough and compromise the new cartridges. We decided to take the chance in light of the cost of all new faucets. If it doesn't work out, we will certainly return to Henry's for the four faucet units. I appreciate their honesty.

Henry's Plumbing and Heating Supply Company is a great place for really good quality merchandise! I made my first large purchase there this week. Joel was exceptional in helping me get exactly what I need-- very helpful, knowledgeable, and with a great sense of humor. He made me comfortable with the shopping and selecting process right away! One thing I noticed was that of the 2 sales reps, he was the one carrying the workload. With the steady flow of customers into the store, Joel kept excusing himself to help each person. It was easy to see that his job and customers he serves were very important to him, so he did what he could to help everyone. Great place, great salesperson in Joel. Super experience and will shop there again for sure!

I tried to get a part for a customer that has not had heat in two weeks. As I am not in the local area I asked to have the part shipped overnight to help the customer. I gave all of my credit card info as well as other info that they asked for. It did not get shipped the next day due to me not having service and they had a question. I answered and asked to be sent the next day. They Have now refused to send it to me because they tried to call me again to get approval for the overnight shipping that I had approved twice before. Owner is very rude on the phone and has cost himself a bit of $ and has caused a person to potentially be without heat until January if the part cannot be located elsewhere.

I worked with Joel at Henry's to help select plumbing supplies for new bathrooms. My experience was very pleasant and they were very knowledgeable about all aspects of the project! Would recommend to a friend and will come back for future plumbing needs.

Only came here once, well technically twice, 30 minutes apart. I knew exactly what I needed and the gentleman at the register was able to give it to me right away. Unfortunately I was 1/4" short on the water supply line so I went back for a 14", but they only carry 16". I was able to return the 12" for a 16" with no issues. Thank you for the hassle free encounter.

No need to go here ever again. Too many other plumbing supply places out there that will gladly treat a customer appropriately. Was treated like I was doing the store a disservice by asking to buy a part. Staff seemed to care less about helping anyone that was not working within the plumbing industry. Previous comments about this place are spot on when it comes to a lack of service and disgust for non plumbers looking to buy parts. Thanks for making the decision easy to completely avoid this place from here on out.
