Super friendly and helpful service. Had an issue with a piece from Kohler that they meant to ship to Hawthorne. They made a mistake on their end but Brian from the front desk was AWESOME and was able to borrow from some other items they had in stock to get me what i needed. Saved me two extra trips and a nasty phone call to Kohler. Thanks Brian!

People at the counter are super friendly and helpful. This goes for any other location of GPS, I've been in all of them in nj and they're great.

We went in to purchase a new bathtub and fixtures plus a vanity and faucet for our bathroom renovation. Cheryl was extremely helpful, very professional, and a pleasure to work with. She answered our questions and made suggestions. She definitely made the process go smoothly. Thank you Cheryl

Handed the attendant a diverter so he wouldn’t make a mistake with parts that I was trying to purchase gave me the wrong one even having the part in of him to compare it to I took to the gig it didn’t match the original and the guy that sold it to me said once opened they wouldn’t take back

STAY AWAY. When you go in they ignore you even if all customer service reps are free they just sit and chat with each other while ignoring you. If you call you get a special brand of “snark” that is shocking. Overall not helpful in the least. If you feel like being debased and demeaned, just stop on by or call them on the phone. Go to Wallington Plumbing. I did after experiencing the rude behavior of General Plumbing Suppy. Wallington Plumbing has a few locations in and around Bergen County. They’re nice and helpful and pleasant. I bought many items from them and they were great from beginning to end.
