this is the worst establishment to ever exist of any kind. you may as well throw your belongings in the garbage and save yourself the time of wondering if you'll ever see them again.

My husband and I used these movers in July 2021 to move from Cleveland to the Chicagoland area. A broker company hired these movers. While these movers were boxing up our items and moving them, one of them smashed a hole in a door of our rental bathroom. No apology in person or over the phone. The movers also went into my bathroom and stole my wedding band and engagement ring. When I called asking if it had been moved, if maybe it fell or went down the drain, they claimed they hadn't seen it. I have filed claims, included police reports with descriptions and names of the movers. They're frauds and thieves. Never work with them.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Do not be stupid like me, do your research and read all the reviews. I called this company thinking it was a legitimate moving company-it's not, its a broker who connects you with moving companies that are subpar and a complete scam (that review was left elsewhere). I called and went over an inventory, it was just an estimate off the top of my head. The price quote was reasonable so I booked them. I called a couple of days later to update my inventory and was told they would call a couple of days prior to the pick up to go over inventory. I received a call a week later to go over the inventory and the price doubled which made sense to me because I had added quite a few items. Fast forward to pick up day, the movers they hired for us showed up an hour later than their four hour window. The truck was loaded and the final quote was twice what the second quote was...too bad we can't do anything about that now because everything is loaded. This company and the moving companies they connect you with are so sketchy and a complete scam. Do NOT book them! But hey, at least we got our stuff back (I was worried for a few weeks we weren't going to).

I had a emergency move. I had to move within 10 days. I hired allpro moving to pack my apt and ship and store. They missed the move date, missed the rescheduled move date. Packed up the apt 2 weeks late. Filled boxes with literal trash for the sole reason to charge me more. Shipped empty boxes to charge me more. Broke or ruined a vintage leather couch, a glass desk, many small fragile collectable pieces, a dresser and many other items. Too many to name. When they tried to deliver, 3 weeks late, they doubled the charge and refused to drop off before their doubled bill was paid in full. Once I started unpacking I discovered that my cherished possessions were either lost or stolen and the company had no care. Refused to even pick up the phone or reply to an email. Worst company ever. If you have a choice of hiring this company or just burning all your belonging, just burn your stuff and save the moving cost.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. DO NOT BOOK YOUR MOVE WITH THEM. First of all, the original person my partner booked the service through completely lied to us about the timeline for when our belongings will arrive, so far we've been told 3 different things about how long it will take to get our things to our new place. I understand that delays can occur, but it's the dishonesty that is extremely troubling. This whole place has total scammer vibes. It's been one month since our belongings were picked up in LA. We haven't been able to get one single person on the phone for the last month, which is extremely troubling considering they have just about all of our worldly possessions. There are multiple numbers that have been provided to us and not one of them works. I'm actually convinced that I'm blocked on a few of the numbers. They are also extremely vague about pricing and what things will cost depending on the amount of space taken up. We still don't have our belongings, or any indication that the truck has left LA and is en route to us with our belongings. I feel bad for the actual movers that this company contracts with who likely have to bare the brunt of people's anger about their move. I've spent hours on hold with this company and only spoke to one extremely rude woman named Cheryl who lied about how many times she had spoken to me.

This mover gave a "binding" quote. I provided them video of all that was to be moved and they said they would likely come in below the quoted price, but were high...just in case. The movers showed up a day late then said it would be $500 more than the quote - at each end (cash or cashier check only). Delivery was supposed to be 7-10 business days, but now it's a month later and it's still not here. The mover called yesterday and requested a 9am delivery this morning (kind of sudden, but okay) they didn't show and then called and said they'd be later, about 1pm. Now it's 7pm and they are saying tomorrow, but won't promise anything. I fully anticipate them asking for more money (it keeps going up). Do not use this moving company. They are unethical, will lie to your face repeatedly, likely criminal, and you may never see your things again. Sept 2021

June 3rd, 2021, I had booked All Pro Moving Company for a move from the Greater Boston Area into NYC. Originally when discussing it with the customer service rep they had provided me with a price of just over 2600. The broker who I had dealt with spent no time explaining pricing and broke down what it entailed and had made sure to low ball pricing in order to get the deal done. I had paid the deposit which was much higher than the standard (over 33% of quoted price whereas most would charge 5-10%) which to me is a predatory practice. The company was extremely vague with final pick up dates and times which added a lot more of a logistical nightmare. Fast forward to days before the actual move I had called in in order to finalize dates and they gave me the run around with several of what I assume fictional departments with one person after another passing the buck only to finally get ahold of the manager who was extremely rude and came back with an adjusted quote for nearly double the price. Mind you, this was before the 72 hour cancellation window. I had them called an alternative company and got a quote for less than what was originally quoted and went ahead and canceled the order. Not only was a berated for 10-20 minutes by the manager and their returns people who were well aware of their tactics, they had refused to provide a refund even though their cancellation policy has warranted it in addition the use of abhorrent practices. The manager then called me and not only defended their employee as they were under a great deal of stress due to the move which I assume was so he could avoid a complaint like this, he offered no solution and double down on not returning my money which is against the cancellation policy listed on their website. I am personally distraught by the way I was treated with the returns person yelling at me and belittling me after they had manipulated pricing in order to steal away a large deposit.

We booked a move through this company on 20 May 2021. We cancelled this move on 22 May 2021 when we found out the military would not reimburse the full amount of the move. The company's cancelation policy, states there is a 15% penalty for canceling within 72 hrs of booking. We met the 72 hr deadline but the company is saying we didn't meet the 7 business cancelation policy deadline before the pickup date. They are claiming there were only 6 business days from the date we booked to the day we cancelled. According to their email traffic, they work Saturdays but they're saying Saturday is not a business day. In doing so, they change the business days from 8 days to 6. I explained my scenario to the company and they offered to return 30% of my deposit, not the full amount minus the 15% penalty. I was even contacted by the rep, Lisa, on Sat the 30th of May. She said she would contact me on Monday, the 31st and she has not contacted me and will not answer calls. This company will steal money from you and will ignore calls when you need assistance.

How can I start this... BUYER BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....this company will sub your job out and uses bait and switch tactics to get you to work with them. Their CONTRACTS ARE A LEGAL NIGHTMARE FOR YOU THE CONSUMER. I spoke with over 5 people at this company and they will not help you at all. They have the worst customer service skills I have ever encountered in my life. They are the biggest liars and lack human emotion and compassion. They will tell you one thing and do another. I was told to sue your company by one of your employees. Of which I contacted my attorney, and amazingly my stuff arrived shortly after he spoke with one of their team members. Your company subbed my job to another company that has one of the worst reputations online; they then subbed my job out another company...which was a rented Penske truck. These people will do anything to get your business; please please please have an attorney read over their contract if you ever consider working with them. ALL PRO DOES NOT DO YOUR MOVE; THEY SUB IT TO ANOTHER COMPANY; in fact, the Dispatcher at the company they subbed me out to told me that All-Pro Moving is a bait and switch at its finest and it's my fault I used them. They will get you to sign for a lower price than two days before your move jack up your rates making it impossible for you to find anyone. Someone spoke with my wife and tried to raise our price by almost $2,000 by putting in the wrong information incorrectly sized items. If you try to call and find out where your stuff is they will pass you along through a chain of useless customer service agents. Whichever one is free will answer then they don't let you speak and never follow up with you. DONT do what I did. This company is horrible. They will not get your stuff in a timely manner and their contract is an abomination for you the consumer. It gives you no protections whatsoever; They take a portion of the "Job" then sub it to someone who takes a portion of the "Job" and then they sub it out again to someone else. They have horrible cancelation policies and nothing they put into their contract helps you at all... even the delivery date does not help. I was told 4 days and to race them down there. TWENTY-ONE days later; hours on hold/speaking customer service/ and finally getting my lawyer involved did this actually help. I was told I would be compensated and NOTHING. TLDR: This company will take your money and leave you in a bind the people are unprofessional, and it's a complete bait and switch. Use a real moving company. All-Pro Moving and should be shut down...

SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND CHOOSE A DIFFERENT VAN LINE! Joann was my point of contact. +1 (516) 447-0577. Immediately after signing the agreement, I knew I had made a bad decision. She became super rude and snappy. She won't answer questions and constantly over talks me. She claims to always be honest but here's a list of her lies: Lie #1: I told them my employer was paying for the move and the carrier that I chose is the carrier that has to pick me up. Joann assured me that All-Pro was a national carrier and would handle the move. Western is here packing my stuff, not All-Pro. Typical bait and switch scam. Lie #2: I requested to pay by weight. I even said it was required by employer. I think weight is better bc it's easily measured. Joann sent a new agreement that said they would charge me $0.47 per pound but I'm actually getting charged by cubic feet. Lie #3: I put my info in a system to solicit movers. I found out that a few of the high quotes from other companies were sent by Joann. Apparently they operate under other business names and Joann sent me super expensive quotes from the other businesses that makes their quote look reasonable. Lie #4: Joann said they charge in thirds. 1/3 of the estimate is to be paid as a deposit. 1/3 at the time of pickup. 1/3 at the time of delivery. The first payment I made a few days ago by phone. When the movers got here, they provided a new estimate that was double the amount of the original estimate and required me to pay 70% of their new estimate! Lie #5: I was confirmed for a pickup of yesterday from 10-12pm. At 1pm someone called to cancel. I wasted my whole day waiting for them. If I would have cancelled on them, they would have charged me a cancellation fee. When I called Joann about this, she gave me some excuses about Covid. No apology even offered. If I could have given 0 stars I would have. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

THE worst costumer service EVER! Two days before the move they doubled the price because 20 medium boxes were added. One of the managers named "Erich" told my husband to shut up over the phone. They will not refund our $1000 security deposit. Please don't use this company. It's a scam. They know you are under the gun and probably can't find another mover in 2 days. That in turn easily makes them $1000 quickly. My daughter was in tears. It's hard enough to move without the movers telling you to shut up over the phone. We did in fact find a mover..."Alliance" Jake is an angel and we're moving in two days.

1st off I should've did my research this company has an F RATING ON BBB !!!!!!!! Worst company I've EVER dealt with moving out of state . They ask for a huge Deposit , they do NOT call after they get your money . You will not be given updates . Their customer service closes at 5pm and they state they have 24hr customer service transferring you to some weirdo virtual human that has no answers for you what so ever . This company is VERY unprofessional they wasted a whole weeks worth of my time. I never received ANY courtesy calls to confirm booking and inform me of drivers time frame I spent over 2 hours on hold... just to speak to someone about my drivers eta because no one ever called after taking my money. It is now weekend and because of this company I will not make it to my family for thanksgiving. You guys should be shut down . Your business is profiting off scamming and robbing people with no service provided . My card is now being held 983$ and no one has reimbursed me for services NEVER rendered . Not even a courtesy call. DO NOT WASTE your time find someone more responsible and reputable. This company is trash

I called early September for a move that was happening late October. I tried calling to get an updated quote since we had more stuff than I originally planned for. I was told that two days prior to our move date, they would call for an itemized list, & not to worry having more is normal. That's good & all but I wanted an update on costs. When I got the call I was told it would be 1k over what I was originally quoted. We decided to rent a van instead since I couldn't afford that much more. That's on me, I should have pushed harder for an updated quote before the due date. I was told I would get a call the day before our move date to confirm pick up which did not happen. When I was contacted they said the truck broke down & were trying to find someone else that could move us. The day we had to start our trip our stuff was still there & I have to leave everything in the old house with no update to the landlord of when the room would be free. I didn't get an update for two days, but when they called told me someone would be there Saturday. My mother is handling everything on the CA end, I gave her the exact amount in cash that I confirmed multiple times with AllPro would be all they needed at the time of pick up. The moving company said I was over on my space, when I had taken more stuff off the list then my original quoted itinerary since we had an extra van & took more stuff with us. They said it would be 1k more to take what was left. Excuse me what?! I was still in the process of moving two vans across country & was going to cut my losses at that point. I asked him how much it would be to take the 2 beds & 2 dressers only, he told me it would still be $200 more each way for just those 4 things. While my mother was on the phone trying to work things out with AllPro, the moving guys left. I received no call from AllPro after they left trying to rectify the situation, or tell me there was someone else coming, or offer a refund. When I reached out, I was told I had cussed them out (my mother was very upset all my stuff was getting left behind in a rental and took it out on the moving guys, not okay, but not a reason to not call ME back and fix the situation). I asked to speak with someone about getting a refund since no one was calling me about rescheduling & our backs can't take sleeping on an air mattress for too long. The representative there was very rude & said that they had fulfilled their end of the contract & I refused service. Oh boy. I tried to explain to them that I never refused service. I explained the situation and let them know the moving company left while we were on the phone with AllPro trying to work everything out. Apparently that is still fulfilling their end of the contract. I was then told that I might be able to get a partial refund and someone from billing should be reaching out to me by the end of the day "hopefully". Well guess who still never got that call? I sought council, and they called the moving company that was sent. They told him they were doing AllPro a favor and knew they couldn't take everything I had for the amount I was quoted but took the job anyway. He said they didn't go to the state we were moving to and was going to outsource it to someone else. He was barely going to make anything off it so that's why he was trying to charge me so much. After this was explained to AllPro they still refused to give me a full refund. I was told they could try to get someone else to come deliver the stuff for the original amount quoted, but at this point I already had to replace most everything that was left. We were kept on hold for over an hour, transferred from person to person that said they couldn't do anything, but would turn around the next minute and say how it wasn't fair and were going to do something about it. The final result: they are trying to give me a partial refund that isn't half the amount of the deposit. The furniture I had to finance cost almost as much as the original move

yes these ratings are ACCURATE. As unethical as any other brokerage mover company in the business. Stay away is my best advice
