“Throughout the years I have only been in there a few times I don't frequent it often but each time I do go in there the workers are extremely helpful and friendly and they listen to you and what your needs are and they do accommodate you by pointing out what is the best item for you and they explain how to use it I will always count on this place as long as I live in this area they are pretty good I advise everyone to go there”

“Great to have an "on the hook" business in town that's there when you need it. Prices a little higher than the big box stores, but that's to be expected in a privately owned establishment. Money that would otherwise be spent on gas.Workers are very helpful and attentive. Just a caution to you non-smokers with sensitive nostrils. Sometimes the place feels like a big ashtray with tools. And masks don't help.That said, in a pinch, they are an invaluable commodity in the town.”
“Super friendly and helpful service. Had an issue with a piece from Kohler that they meant to ship to Hawthorne. They made a mistake on their end but Brian from the front desk was AWESOME and was able to borrow from some other items they had in stock to get me what i needed. “once i got there and realized that it was wholesale only, i was about to turn around and leave. i needed to find a replacement hinge for a kitchen cabinet that had been installed in my mother's house 45+ years ago. then i thought, "what do i have to lose?". i went in and waited until the counter guy had helped all the contractors there and then asked him if he could point me to a retail store that might be able to sell me a replacement hinge. he took one look at it and said, "oh yeah, there's a box of old stock over there on the table, take what you need.". no kidding, there were a dozen EXACT same ones in the same color!!! i only took a couple, never know when someone else like me might get lucky enough to walk in there. thanks a million!!”
