Whenever you get a first year model, there are expectations of some issues.
My biggest issue was a dead battery because of a software issue in the ABS system.
I called that morning at 8am. By 11am a tech was in my driveway replacing the battery and performing an update on the system
Problem solved and I never had to leave home. A+++++”
“Found 821 for paintless dent removal and could not be happier. The receptionist is great and so are the staff. We went once and have unfortunately or fortunately (How ever you look at that) been back for PDR and traditional body work time and time again. I am a Perfectionist even OCD shall we say. The work here has been the best I have seen and I have seen a lot. They have removed dents no one else can and done it at a reasonable price. Every aspect dealing with the shop has been painless. The insurance end ,the picking up of cars, the most important (The Communication) and especially the work. We have been such frequent customers we now consider Pete our friend and trust the shop with our lives and our loved ones lives. If they tell you something take it as the final say. If you want it done right go here for sound peace of mind.”

The clutch was replaced but other issues were found and the timeline shortened. I needed the bike back in just a couple days. “I hit a curb wrong and poked a hole in my sidewall (not fixable). (Luckily it was the "bald" tire.) I stumbled upon this place. They had my size in a good used tire. Presto-change-o, my car is back to normal. Great price, and you'd never know it's a used tire. Since that day, I'm converted. When I need a replacement tire, I always get a used tire. (Always check your tire pressure right after getting a used tire. Most places do everything right, but a few have sent me on my way with a ridiculously wrong pressure, like 18psi or 45psi.)”

“I found myself stranded 80 miles from home Friday night during a long drive. I found M&L the next morning where they took me in and repaired my CRV despite being busy with other work. They found more significant problems that needed to be addressed and were still able to fix it even though the work was more involved than originally thought. They were up front and honest with me in the realities of getting the repair done and in the end got the repairs done in one day! The expense was what they estimated. I am thoroughly impressed by their work skills and way they deal with their customers. If I were local to M&L, they would become the go-to shop for all my auto repairs and maintenance.”
