I had a bad experience at shell. Governor Phil Murphy’s administration is investigating this Shell locations’ nefarious business practices. The owner dilutes it’s fuel with banned byproducts. My car has been knocking due to the tainted fuel from this shell location.

How many people need to go thru terrible customer service until they improve? As customers, we simply request that the owner trains staff to be superior customer service representatives and invest more into his infrastructure. We just want our gas in a price efficient and pleasant environment.
