Derek and Oscar both honest and a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely buy again. We traveled 6 hours just to be sure of condition of vehicle. Next time will just have vehicle shipped and take/trust their word. Honesty is hard to find - our experience was a pleasure.

I would not recommend or refer anyone to purchase a vehicle from this dealer. The communication is bad I purchased a vehicle from here which I still have not received. This has been hindering me from traveling back and forth to work everytime I call I get the run around and still have not gotten my car.

I have been to SEVERAL car dealerships throughout my lifetime and this is the first time that I have felt compelled to write a positive review. One million stars to the Cruz Auto team! Thank you for exceeding my expectations and getting me in to my dream car. They are beyond friendly, knowledgable, and made this process a breeze from beginning to end! The best part is the fact that there weren't any hidden fees and they were transparent at all times. A friend of mine highly recommended this place and boy did they deliver. I thought I would have to downgrade after pricing with other dealers given my history of poor credit. I had also gone to other car dealerships (I won't release names) who gave me the usual run around with ridiculous prices. Thank Goodness for the owner, Alexis, and his team. They were professional & made it happen for me. This place is a true GEM and I recommend them to anyone looking to buy or lease a car!
